Chapter 2: Chapter 2
Coulson took me to a room that was bathed in white light from the corner lights, the room was black in the shape of hexagons
There was a table with two chairs on either side as well
Phil motioned for me to sit on one of the chairs and said "Please wait here for a while until my superior comes, currently you are in one of Shields building we protect the earth and its inhabitants and you can call me Coulson" then he turned and walked out of the room
Before he closed the door James said "Thank you son of coil
Then Coulson turned back "That's not the first time I've been called that" and with a smile, he closed the door sealing James in
After hearing what Coulson said James knew that Thor has already visited this planet, James went through his memories on the marvel universe and if this was the MCU then that means it's not long until the first Avenger movie starts, I don't have long to get stronger sigh I hope I have a little bit of time
James just sat there replaying his memories as he had nothing to do but what he found strange was that the more he tried to remember something the blurrier it got, he couldn't remember his family and friends' names or faces and for some reason, he didn't feel any attachments to his previous life
'It does make it easier to move on at least' James thought

2 hours later
While James remained seated in his cell, a man that most will know turned up wearing his iconic eye patch and black leather jacket with his amazing attitude it was Samuel L motherfucking Jackson, well actually it was nick fury but he did look like Samuel L Jackson
Nick landed on the helipad of the shield building to be met by Coulson who handed him a tablet with his report on this new alien that crash-landed on earth
"We haven't had much contact with this alien yet sir but he does not appear to be a threat just yet," said Coulson to fury
"We can't judge him yet let's keep him contained for now"
"Lead me to him"
"Yes sir, he's currently been put in a cell and has been waiting for 2 hours but he hasn't moved yet"
James just sat there bored but then the door opened and he saw in all his glory nick fury alive right in front of him 'I guess this is Marvel then'
Fury sat down in the chair opposite this alien and stared at him to try and gauge a response from this alien even though he wore a helmet but he tried to see if he made anybody movement
After a minute and failing to see anybody's movement or response Nick finally talked
"I am Director Fury who is in charge of Shield. Shield has the responsibility of protecting the earth and we are very much capable of doing that. Why don't you take that armour off and get comfortable, you have been wearing that a long time now and sure must be uncomfortable"
"I am not going to take this armour off, it has been protecting me on my journey in space and won't fail to protect me here either" James said trying not to let his disbelief of what's happening come through in his voice
"Why do you need to feel protected here, after all this is Earth your home world, once we've judged if you existed here you can forget everything that's happened to you and go on with your life, we can arrange a job for you a bit of money to get you started so why don't you take the armour off." fury said while intently staring at the armour"
"I know this is my homeworld so I know what type of people we humans are after all and I can not simply forget everything that happened to me, besides I came back to earth for a reason, to warn you of the impending doom we will face."
Although Fury did not physically react to what James said James could still tell that Fury was probably having a headache with what James was saying
"And what doom have you come back to warn us of," fury said while narrowing his eyes
"I had heard of an invasion coming for Earth but I do not know when it'll come but I do know it'll soon arrive"
"Are you going to defend Earth James?" fury said while standing up
"By myself, I can not do much but ill try after all I do not want my race to go extinct"
"I see, is there anything else you care to share?"
"I only wish to remain on earth and help protect it during my stay my question for you though is will you believe me?"
"I will consider it but for now Agent Coulson will lead you to a more comfortable place you can stay"
After that fury got up and left
James got up from his seat feeling relief that he wasn't deemed dangerous just yet and went to Coulson who led him down a wide corridor to a room with white walls, a bed and a table with a projection of the sea and the sky on the wall
I walked in and Coulson said to me while closing the door "I hope you enjoy your stay"
I went and inspected the rest of the room and found a bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror and a shower
'It isn't anything impressive but it'll do for now,' James thought, he then went to the bed and lay down and slept

James then woke up to the sound of the door opening and saw Coulson bring him food
"I've brought you some earth food, I don't know how it compares to space food though"
"Don't worry nothing beats Earth food everything in space tastes like it looks horrible but you learn to love it," James said with clear excitement in his voice
Coulson then left leaving a tray of fruits and pancakes on the table in my room
James then used his helmet to scan the room to see if his helmet will pick up Earth's technology and it did as many cameras were outlined in red while everything else was blue while also some canisters in the ceiling were outlined
'They have gas ready to knock me out.'
James then headed to the bathroom that even has cameras in there 'seriously shield even in the bathrooms'
'I'm going to have to be a little extreme here since I can't trust them to knock me out and steal my armour, you can never trust spies, ill also take this opportunity to test my skills and show that I won't let them push me around.'
James then took out his blaster pistol and shot the cameras in the bathroom he then made his way out while shooting all the cameras in the room although often missing the camera's location thanks to the blaster's accuracy but it still destroyed them from the blaster's destruction of the wall hitting the wiring
James then began to hit the canisters n the ceiling causing gas to start filling the room and making it hard to see
James then made his way to the door ready for the fight that was about to go down
