Chapter 3: The Eight-Pack Boy

The following day, Allen woke up early when he learned that Professor McGonagall was coming to visit. After obtaining the Hogwarts admission letter yesterday, Harry conducted a rough tour of the whole orphanage.

According to the facts in his thoughts, an orphanage called Edward was built by a businessman named Edward twenty years ago, before his death.

The initial goal of the structure was to rescue those underprivileged children who had been abandoned for different reasons. Unfortunately, once the elderly guy died, things altered a bit.

However, it's not especially horrible; it's only that the meals and care of the orphans have decreased a lot, and the workers of the orphanage are not as nice as previously.

Allen thought that this was also human nature. In our day and age, there is no child abuse in institutions like orphanages, which is regarded as excellent.

After all, some orphanages are merely orphanages in the name; behind the scenes, they don't realize that they are unlawful organizations. There is a saying:

"The prosperity of the world is for profit, and the turmoil of the world is for profit!"

No one is unselfish except the great saints.

He is not like this, except for the people he loves. If there is no guaranteed gain, he will not perform certain thankless chores.

Before, he had been trying hard to do good and actively serve people.

His initial objective was simply to find Little Red Star.

If there is no small red dot, he is unlikely to make an effort to assist strangers who do not know.

When he was heading to school, if he saw someone fall on the road, he would come forward to aid him. A few years after he came out to work, when he saw someone fall, he would only opt to take a detour.

After all, the price of pushing on may be his income for a year of hard labour. To be honest, the many wonderful people and good actions he performed because he wanted to win a small red star did have an impact on him if he had to live this life again.

Because he realized that when he was sincerely liked by others, it did make him feel some happiness, although he didn't want to accept it.

After lining up for a modest breakfast, Allen arrived at the spacious yard at the front entrance of the orphanage.

He remembered Professor McGonagall as Animagus, who liked to transform into a tabby cat when she went out to the Muggle world, so he stood guard in the front yard, hoping to witness the wonderful sight of a cat changing into a human in a few moments.

Half an hour later, Allen, who was hidden in a corner and checking for cats on the surrounding walls, scowled and glanced towards the right side of the vast yard.

There, three teens around the age of 13 or 14 were laughing and shoving an eight- or nine-year-old youngster to the ground, laughing at him non-stop.

Through recollection, Allen knows that these three thirteen-year-old boys are the three eldest youngsters in this institution. Their preferred method is to intimidate the younger orphans by relying on their physical power.

If there is any orphan who is reluctant to listen to them, then I am concerned that they will be bullied by them for a long time and even fight with one another.

So the youngsters at the orphanage were terrified of these three guys. At this moment, when they observed the small child being shoved and laughed at, they didn't dare to stop them at all.

There were other victims earlier who alerted the personnel of the orphanage about this scenario, but the staff did not take it seriously; they merely scolded the three of them verbally, but the victim who made a tiny complaint was retaliated against by the three youths for a long time.

For the personnel of these orphanages, as long as the kids did not suffer any significant injuries, they didn't care about anything. In their eyes, fighting among youngsters was not a huge concern.

As for the small child who was beaten today, he was sent to the orphanage very recently; therefore, he was targeted by these three teens.

After thinking about it for a while, Allen didn't come forward. He believed that even if he tried to aid the youngster now, the small boy would still be tormented when he left the orphanage and went to Hogwarts.

Besides, there is no gain. When the time comes to fight, the visiting Professor McGonagall may have an unfavourable opinion after viewing it.

However, when he heard the arrogant laughing of the three teens and that the child was encircled due to his stubbornness, he felt he could be going to endure a meal, so he eventually rose with a groan.

"I'm not softhearted; I simply want to try it out."

If you accomplish nice things in this world, you may also obtain a small red star. Yes, this is only a required experiment!

After underestimating a few words, Allen came up fast and shouted:

"stop!"

Following Allen's words, the three teens halted instinctively, then turned to gaze at Allen, who was strolling, presenting a confused face.

They didn't imagine that among the youngsters in the orphanage, there would be someone who dared to shout at them, particularly the normally taciturn Allen.

"Looks like you want to be like this new youngster too?"

The three briefly let go of the small child, whose eyes were now weeping and moved up to Allen with evil intents.

It is normal for the newbies to be disobedient, but if someone like Allen, who has been at the orphanage for five or six years, dares to defy them, then they must be punished severely.

Otherwise, how can they dissuade other orphans?

"Everyone is an orphan; it's not simple; why do such a thing?"

Allen stated it gently, glancing at the three teens who were a full head higher than himself.

Except for a few children who grow up in orphanages, most of them will have some psychological difficulties.

Those who only feel inadequate are nothing; they are terrified of this form of psychological inferiority, but they want to obtain a feeling of success by abusing and harassing other people who are less than themselves.

"In my view, you are all simply junk; making you happy is your biggest responsibility!"

Among the three youngsters, the fattest and tallest one glanced around and then gave a scornful look.

"Although I don't want to bully youngsters, if I don't teach you a lesson, you may have difficulty in the future!"

At this moment, Allen also figured it out. He had to remain at the orphanage for a month before school began. With the characteristics of these three people, even without today's occurrence, they would still have issues with him sooner or later.

That being the case, it is best to conquer them all at once, which may be seen as sparing some headaches in the future.

Shaking his head, Allen slipped off his coat and T-shirt casually and set them on the table next to him, showing a slim torso.

Although Allen was just eleven years old at this time and his height was less than 1.4 meters, his muscles were incredibly powerful.

And it's not the sort of large muscles taught by fitness gurus but the kind of little muscle groups that are like steel bars.

So this also makes him appear a bit skinny when he puts on his clothing, but he looks like a different person after taking off his clothes.

(Who could say no to a guy with eight-pack abs?)
