Chapter 3: The Bead of Oral

THE THIRD-PERSON OMNISCIENT POINT OF VIEW / King Gerald's study room
The room was so silent and tense. The king looked at his favourite daughter with displeased, with his eyes examining her dresses.
Princess Ace eyed Princess Hina who was busy picking her fingers nervously. Princess Ace tries to control her anger as she was clenching and unclenching her jaws. The king suddenly clears his throat, and the princesses look up a little.
"Ace, how many times did I warn you not to cause trouble again, stop treating people like they are a piece of trash, we are all the same, either they or noble or not. Next time I heard any report about you, you will ban from leaving the palace. Is that clear?" the king asked with an authorized voice.
"Yes, father. "she replied with a fake guilty face.
"You can go. "he commanded.
Princess Ace gives Princess Hina the last killer look before leaving the king's study room in anger. And the king faces Princess Hina when the angry Princess Ace live the room.
"When will you stop disgracing the royals, Hina? what if some people recognize you as the crown princess?" the king asked calmly.
"I applied enough makeup, no one will recognize me as the crown princess. "Princess Hina said with a nervous smile, which make the king sigh softly.
"Hina, I am doing this for your good, it is improper for a crown princess like you to leave the palace without guards, Hina, we have many enemies outside there. "the king said.
I promise not to go out allow again, I will always go with guards from now on. "Princess Hina said with compunction.
"That's what you say all the time, hope you keep your promise this time. "King Gerald said with a little smile.
"Thanks, your highness, I will keep my promise. "Princess Hina said dramatically, before hugging his father happily.
"What can I help you with? "Princess Hina asked and join her father at the table.

QUEEN ALICE'S CHAMBER
Queen Alice is Princess Ace's mother, she's a wolve in sheep's cloth, and she always pretends to care for Princess Hina, but deep in her heart, she hates the princess, and she can't wait to eliminate her, just like her mother.
Queen Alice was checking her new jewellery when an angry Princess Ace walked in. She walked to the centre of the room and kicked the table with her royal shoe, then, pushed her long hair back in anger as she disorganized her mother's chamber.
"Who is tired of living that makes the prettiest princess in Bliss kingdom angry? who is the hell that provoked my lovely princess? "Queen Alice said, which make Princess Ace drop the calabash she was about to break.
"Mother, I hate Hina, why her!! most she always gets anything I wish to have!! no suitor come to ask my hand in marriage because of her!! all the noble suitors come to the palace every day to have her hand in marriage, and nobody looks my way, even when Hina turns them down, they kept coming every day like a fool. now, the annoying Hina dressed as a commoner and embarrassed me in the market today, I report to father, but he supports that fool, mother, I am sick and tired of Hina, I wish she vanishes, I wish she dead and stay away from my life. "she cried and continue to disarrange her mother's chamber.
I think it's time to clear her out of the way just like her mother. " Queen Alice said inwardly before facing her angry daughter.
"It's okay dear, I have a plan to destroy her. "Queen Alice smirks and Princess Ace faces her mother happily.
"So, what is the plan, mother?" Princess Ace asked and cleaned her tears happily.
"Come closer. "Queen Alice said and whispered something to princess Ace. "
"Thank you, mother, you are the best. " Princess Ace smirks
"Anything for my princess. "she smiles and hugs her daughter.
"Crown princess Hina, your doom is near." She said inwardly and rushed out of her mother's chamber.
A GARDEN
The garden was quiet and lonely, and a young handsome man in his early twenties was sitting in a garden, it is so obvious he was waiting for someone.
"Did she plan not to show up today? Gosh!! she loves to always keep me waiting. "He muttered, and a young-looking beautiful lady enter the garden almost immediately.
"Sorry, I came late again today, it is not easy to sneak out of the palace. "The lady said with an apology smile.
"It is okay, Hina, I understand you perfectly well. "The young handsome said, giving her his cute smile.
"So, how are you doing, Prince Bryan?" Princess Hina asked, and took a sit beside him before placing her head on his shoulder.
"Boring without my adorable little sister. "Prince Bryan said and Princess Hina move away from him before knocking his head lightly.
"I am not your little sister, fool! am older than you, so stop talking as if you are the older one here. "Princess Hina said with a fake angry face.
"Ho sorry ma'am, I forgot you are my grandma. "Prince Bryan said with a mocking smile.
"It is not funny Bryan. "Princess Hina said with a frown.
"Now, you looked more like my great grandma. "Prince Bryan said and winked at her. Princess Hina secretly glared at prince Bryan, who return her glare with an annoying smile.
" You look more like a monkey while winking. "Princess Hina said looking fury already.
" You will soon have more wrinkles you kept frowning your face like this. "Prince Bryan said making Princess Hina's anger increase.
"Are you blind? Can't you see how smooth and fresh my face is? and you dare spat rubbish about my face!!" Princess Hina yelled and try to knock his head, but he was fast to leave her side.
"You look cute when angry. "Prince Bryan said before taking his heels and running
" Bryan!! you are dead. "Princess Hina yelled running after him.
They both ran around the garden, and it did not last before it turned into a play for them.
Princess Hina started to tickle him.
A FEW MINUTES LATER.
"Bye Hina, see you soon. "Prince Bryan said waving at Princess Hina.
"Can't you stay a little more, not like I have something to do? "Princess Hina pouts sadly.
Princess Hina watch him till he was out of sight.
"Why did I feel so lonely all sudden?" She asked herself as tears down her eyes.
"My lady, are you okay?" Princess Hina heard a faint voice.
And she woke up from her dream.
"Good morning, my lady, how was your night?" Molly asked with a bright smile.
"fantastic, and you?" Princess Hina asked with a smile
"I am fine as long as you are happy. "Molly replied
"But why are you crying from your sleep early?" Molly asked with concern written over her eyes.
"Dream about him again. "Princess Hina replied with a wide smile.
Molly could not help but also smile. She wishes princess Hina could find the prince charming she always dream about soon.
Many suitors had come to have her hand in marriage but she turn them down, saying she did not like any of them. Deep inside her, she knew the princess is waiting for the man in her dream.
Molly selected the perfect dress for princess Hina, before leaving to get her breakfast.
IN THE MARKET
Princess Hina walked around the market with her maid (Moll) and guards. She receives gifts from her people happy with a heart-warming smile.
Princess Hina is the eyes of the village; everyone loves her and she always receives gifts from them anytime she comes out as princess Hina. Not unlike her stepsister, who always receives curses from the villager.
"Thanks, ma'am. "she received the gift with a smile while she give it to her guard, who collect it happily. The royal guards always pray to follow Princess Hina out because they knew the gifts the princess receives belong to them. So, they are always happy to follow her out, unlike princess Ace, who is always rude and treats them like a slave when they follow her out. The rude Princess that can't walk for ten minutes. Four guards always carry her everywhere, not live they don't have horses and carriages, but the arrogant Princess love to ride on human, like the evil princess she is.
Princess Hina suddenly stops and faces her guards.
"Sorry for stressing you out, maybe we should go back to the palace if you are tired. "Princess Hina said more like a question.
"No. "the guards said once including her maid, Molly who smile nervously at her mistress before clearing her throat.
"I mean, you always like to watch boxers, and it's almost time, and am sure you won't love to miss it, my lady. "Molly said, trying to convince her. She knew all the female stuff they receive belong to her and she was not ready to lose the remaining gifts.
"I know you are all tired, don't worry about me, I will find my way out. "Princess Hina said with a worried look. She knew they are all tired and she did not want to look like a selfish princess to them.
"You don't need to worry about us, my princess, we are perfectly fine, as long as you are. "One of the guards said not ready to lose the gifts they will receive on their way. They all know, 'The more they walked the more they receive more gifts.
"Fine, if you insist. "Princess Hina said in surrender, while the guards smile inwardly.
THE DIAMOND PALACE
King Gerald sat on the couch in his chamber, and tears began to drop from his eyes. This continued ten years after his first queen dead. More tears would always drop from his eyes each time he remembered his late Queen's words.
"PLEASE SAVE OUR DAUGHTER FROM HER CRUEL FATE, I WILL ALWAYS BE HAPPY IF YOU CAN DO IT FOR ME. PLEASE, DO IT FOR THE LOVE YOU HAVE FOR ME AND OUR DAUGHTER, I WANT HINA AND HER BROTHER TO LIVE TOGETHER LIKE NORMAL SIBLINGS. "He remembered his late Queen's words and more tears roll down. He couldn't help but shade the tears, especially as he knew how useless he was.
"Oh gods, please forgive me, and cancel the cruel fate of my daughter, she's the only pillar that holds me and the kingdom.
The knock on the door brought the king back, he adjusts himself before saying come in.
"Your highness, the Bead of Oral is missing. "The voice said, and the king stand up immediately.
"Impossible!! "the king said facing the owner of the voice.
"The Oral woman says someone break into her house and stole it. "The king's guard said looking at the floor.
"Summon me the Oral woman. "the king said in a panic. The Bead of Oral was once stolen when he was very young, he could remember how people die during this period. He wonders what kind of person will broadly steal the Bead of Oral when they know stealing is forbidden in the kingdom.
