After sometime has passed, I heard someone entering the room.

I pretended not to remember. Now that I think about it, a normal person who fell from a 5-story building and landed on their head would definitely suffer from memory loss, I'm pretty sure I'm not suffering from any memory loss right now, so I guess I didn't land on my head.

A doctor came in to check up on me and asked some questions

Cluck... the door opened again and someone came in running.

The maid came up to her and tried to console her.

Someone came in the room again, this time 2 people came in, A middle-aged man and a woman. They looked at me and talked to the doctor, it seems like the doctor is explaining something to them.
Soon they finished talking to the doctor and came closer to me.
"My dear son, you don't remember who I am?"
The woman asked in an exhausted voice.
She called me son, So is she this body's original mother.
The woman was holding the middle-aged man arm beside her as a support, they seemed close, So I can tell that he is her partner, which means he's probably my dad... Biological dad or stepdad? hmm... I need to be careful.
"You... mom?"
Should I have said 'mother' instead of 'mom'? I am in a rich or noble family, So I'm guessing people would refer their mom as 'mother' right?
"Son! You remember mom?"
It seems like saying 'mom' was correct. Then again, I am pretending not to remember anything, so it wouldn't matter anyway.
"Doctor! My son remembers me!"
"Yes, it seems like he suffered from a memory loss, but he still remembers something"
"Can my son regain his memory?"
"That might be possible. I would suggest when he is recovered and is able to move his body again, to let him do activities related to his lost memory, that way he might be able to recover his lost memory."
Did he say I'm able to move my body again? huff... Thankfully I'm not completely paralyzed.
Some things happened again, they continued their discussion, I heard something like I was passed out for a whole week, and soon they came up to me and started explaining things related about me or my lost memories.
After they finished explaining things and talking to me, they said their goodbyes and left the room.
While I'm laying on the bed alone in the room, I started thinking, I got some information from them explaining things to me because I 'lost my memories'. The Beludd family I'm their eldest son, and I have a little sister, the girl from before, The Beludd family is a Baron rank family, a noble family. My name is Raesha Beludd, 16 years old. My little sister's name is Elisha Beludd, 5 years old. My mother's name is Yulian Beludd, 41 Years old. The man that is her partner is my stepdad Greg Beludd, he didn't really introduce him self and from looking at his expression it seems like he disliked me. The Maid who took care of me is my newly appointed personal maid, Her name is Lucia Moure, 16 years old, So same age as me. They just told me the general stuff.
But I still really know nothing about this place. So I definitely should get some more information first.
They told me to rest and sleep, but I can't sleep, and it's not like I'm tired. I can't process much from the information I got, but I can make some general Idea. I'm in another world, different from earth and people here are also different from the one on earth, So I'm not sure if they are the same human species like on earth because they have different hair color and eye color other than that it's the same as humans on earth. For example, Lucia my personal maid, has white platinum like hair, and yellow eyes. My mother has brown hair and purple eyes like me. You don't normally see purple eyes that is natural or from birth on earth.
And just before they left, they called something like a healer in, the healer cast something magic like on me, and I felt better because of it. A healer that uses magic to heal other people exist on this world, so would there be other people that could use magic to make fire or manipulate the wind? I'm still not sure, so I really need to find a way to get more information.
A spent the day thinking and eventually fell asleep.
The next morning, I woke up from sleeping, The maid enters the room and opened the curtain to let sunlight coming in and lighting up the room.
"Young Master, Do you want me to prepare your breakfast?"
She asked me if I want to have my breakfast now.
"Yes... please"
She then bowed and left the room. It has been 9 days since I got transmigrated in this world, I was in a coma for 7 days, So it only felt like a day to me. And I spent the entire day yesterday thinking and trying to accept my new fate. I'm no longer living on earth and is now a person living in this world, I don't even know the name of this world... and I'm also probably going to die in this world aswell.
The Maid came in with a food trolley and brought the breakfast to my bed... Bread, soup, meat, egg, beans, vegetables, fruits like apple and banana. It seems like the food here is not that different from the one on earth. I was expecting some alien like, but It's pretty normal, normal... this is definitely not a normal breakfast I would have back on earth, I would usually just get a sandwich for breakfast. But I guess this is a normal breakfast for a young master, and the portion is also really large, I don't think I'll be able to eat all this.
I ate all of it.
When I finished eating the maid tried to clean and take the plates, but she stopped and stared at me for a second and asked
"Young master... did you ate all of it?"
She asked with a somewhat surprised face.
Hmm... was I not suppose to finish it? I guess that make sense theres no way a person would eat that much for breakfast.
Anyway, she took the plate and clean up.
I took this chance to ask her some questions.

"Hm? Yes, young master, Please ask me anything"
"So like I don't remember anything, and this memory in my head feels out of place like something is missing"
I asked her some general questions to get me to understand this place better
"Where am I? Like what is this place's name"
"You are in..."
She showed me a map to let me understand it better
