Chapter 2: New World

Xander wasn't just a handsome-looking young man who asked random people weird questions.
He was an omnipotent being that could do anything in the world. With a single thought he could achieve everything, his thoughts were rules of the worlds. Xander was immortal, his abilities could make dreams come true. However even with all that, boredom was finishing him off.

As Xander contemplated relaxing in front of the fireplace, a brilliant idea popped into his head that might temporarily get rid of his boring life.
'Boredom is killing me, I've did all the things I could to get rid of it but it keeps coming back. I don't think if this world has anything left that could keep me entertained. Well, if this world lost any worth to me then why would I stay here?'
Thinking that he suddenly appeared far in space, deep in universe. No humans or any living form has ever reached this space.
'This is perfect! '
He found the perfect place for a new world that would serve as a sandbox for his entertainment. He decided to simply copy the solar system because he was too lazy to create a whole new working world.
Xander turned back the time to the Stone Age, all it took was a single thought!
With another thought he made that there would be more inteligent races than just humans like elves or dwarfs.
He also decided to add two gods who would take care of the world. One was the goddess of light Amilis, while the other was the god of darkness Natalis.
Since he was very fond of novels when he was on earth, he decided to add magic to this world. Magic could be used with mana, which could be found in every living thing. To add some difficulty, he decided to add some monsters from novels he had read. Especially those whose concept he liked very much.
After he had finished "creating" the new world, he simply sped up the time around him so the world could evolve. When the world reached medieval times, he decided to check the progress.
'It seems that North and South America have not yet been discovered, Europe is now called Upper Nitrezia, while Africa is called Lower Nitrezia. Asia is called the Central Continent, well that's certainly interesting.'
With a single thought Xander got information about every kingdom on the planet.
'So there's 7 kingdoms. Only one in Lower Nitrezia called Nihedia, two in Upper Nitrezia: East and West Banidia. And four kingdoms in Central Continent: Aladia, Gendim, Patrenia and Hakkoria. It looks like none of these countries are occupying Australia.'
Without needless waiting, Xander decided to descend to Aladia in the Central Continent. He surveyed the area and decided to land in its capital named Nepium.
By the time he reached the city gate, he had changed his clothes to look like an ordinary citizen. When he reached the gate itself, he saw guards guarding the city gate. What interested him was the equipment used by the guards. They did not carry any weapons or wear armor, only some staffs and light clothing.
Xander assumed they were used for magic, then concluded: 'Magic is probably used more often in this world than any other weapons'
As he stood there thinking about the differences between this world and earth, he heard someone shouting to him.
