Chapter 570: THAT 'THING'

Iris woke up early in the morning and immediately found out Cane was not sleeping in the bedroom, because the side of her bed was still so neat, there was no trace of him whatsoever. She had been so used to wake up to him, thus it felt so strange when she found herself was alone again. 

Instead, it was Aliana, who greeted her. 

"Don't give me that disappointed look," Aliana said, pouting her lips to feign being angry with Iris for giving her such look. "Don't be too disappointed, the alpha was here last night to check on you when you were sleeping…"

"Why he didn't wake me up? Why he didn't stay?" Iris cut Aliana's explanation. If Cane came over, why he didn't stay and leave immediately?
