Chapter 51: Chapter 51 - Business deal
Sheyan smiled and walked up to Scarface Harry. Every step he took made Scarface Harry's heart tremble more n more.
"You should be Scarface Harry right." Sheyan spoke after coming closer to the Scarface Harry duo.
"Who are you?" Scarface Harry asked clutching his saber ever harder, ready to take it out anytime.
"My name is Sheyan, a business man from the east. I heard the legends about you and the great captain Ammand the first time i sailed into the Caribbean sea." Sheyan smiled and spoke calmly.
"What business do you have with us?" Scarface Harry asked.
"Well not with you but with your captain Ammand, i want to talk about a business deal with him. It would be great if you could arrange a meeting." Sheyan spoke, still maintaining the same calm smile.
Scarface Harry looked at Sheyan with a scrutinizing gaze, he tried his best to find anything wrong but he couldn't feel any maliciousness from this mysterious guy at all.
"Okay I will inform the captain about you and let him decide." Scarface Harry spoke although he couldn't feel any maliciousness from the person in front of him but precaution was still necessary when facing such a strong and mysterious guy.
"That would be great, we will be waiting here for your good news." Sheyan replied with a happy smile. With his high Perceptive sense stats fooling Scarface Harry into thinking that he didn't have any malicious intent was very easy.
Scarface Harry nodded and started to walk towards the exit, Marde quickly followed him.
"Wait"
Just when they were about to exit the tavern a voice came from behind making their nerves tense up once again.
"Is there anything else?" Scarface Harry turned around and asked tentatively.
"Haha how will you convince the great captain Ammand without showing a trial product, here take this magical drink with you." Sheyan spoke and tossed a can of Red Bull to Scarface Harry.
Scarface Harry grabbed the can easily and looked at it suspiciously.
"This is a magical drink from the east. Drinking it can make you stronger and more resilient for 1 hour." Sheyan explained with a smile.
"What!? Such a thing exists?" Scarface Harry asked doubtfully.
"You will know when you drink it." Sheyan answered with a smile.
Scarface Harry looked at Sheyan one last time before leaving the tavern with his assistant, hastily moving towards the sea to board his ship.
Inside the tavern Sheyan sat on the table along with Krist and Charl.
"Sir who was that guy?" Charl asked.
"A dispensable link I need to board the ship 'bell n mug'." Sheyan replied.
"Is he one of our targets?" Krist asked.
"Yup" Sheyan answered.
"Then why waste so much time, wouldn't killing him right away be the right choice?" Charl asked perplexed.
"Hahaha he can be killed with just a turn of hand but this island isn't someplace we can be completely lawless yet. This island belongs to the Fokke family and the current lord of the Fokke family called little lord Fokke is a tough nut to crack. His methods are very hard to guard against even with all my abilities. So I don't want to have a frontal confrontation with him. And if we killed Scarface Harry then boarding the ship would be more troublesome, that guy Ammand can bombard us from far away or just run away from us on sea. So instead of dealing with so many troublesome things, letting Scarface Harry take us to the bell n mug is much easier." Sheyan explained calmly.
"Sir is so smart." Charl praised happily.
"But what if that Ammand guy refuses to meet with you sir?" Krist asked.
"Hahaha that Ammand is a very ambitious guy, when he finds out about the effects of that red bull drink he would be rushing to meet us. A mysterious drink is such a bait that Ammand will happily bite it even if it means taking a big risk." Sheyan laughed.
"Haha sir is so smart but what about these guys who are pretending to be unconscious and listening to sir's plan?" Krist complimented happily and asked while looking at the guys lying down with a half smile.
All the pirates lying on the floor shook and sweat appeared on their forehead. They quickly got up and flocked to Sheyan's feet.
"Sir I be blind I didn't know about you and offended you please forgive me sir."
"Sir I be deaf, I didn't hear a single thing you and these respected ladies here discussed."
"Sir i got a 70 year old daughter and a 6 year old wife at home, please let me go for their sake."
All the pirates begged quickly, Just when they woke up after being knocked out they heard Sheyan's voice, fearing that he will attack again they decided to keep lying down and act unconscious but they heard something dangerous. If this strong man decided to kill them all to keep this secret hidden then they would be really unfortunate.
"Get away from sir!" Krist got annoyed and shouted angrily.
Disturbing her sir like this, these guys really deserve to die.
Hearing Krist order, all the pirates quickly crawled away from Sheyan.
"Sir should I do it?" Charl also got up, her hand slowly converting into a scythe-like shape.
"Wait, they have little use." Sheyan stopped Charl and Krist who were ready to start a massacre.
Charl's hand returned to its original shape and she stood beside Sheyan silently along with Krist.
"Sir please forgive our previous rudeness, we swear it will never happen again." A pirate hastily pleaded.
"That depends if you all have any value." Sheyan spoke with a smile.
"Sir I'been sailing at sea for 16 years, I can be very useful sir." A pirate hastily spoke.
"Sir me have been sailing for 21 years, i am much more useful than this guy." Another pirate spoke.
Other pirates also started clamouring about their time of sailing.
"Shut it." Sheyan spoke coldly.
All pirates quickly closed their mouths.
"I will soon be hijacking the bell n mug as you all just heard, I will need to hire some new sailors after that Since most of the existing sailors on that ship will be killed. So all of you are gonna be the first batch of sailors to join me." Sheyan spoke slowly.
"Sire will be hijacking the bell n mug! Sire's strength should be remarkable." A pirate flattered Sheyan.
"Yes yes it be the fortune of our whole life to get the chance to be aboard the sire's ship." Another pirate followed.
"Enough, now leave the tavern and hide near the shore, after I board the bell n mug, wait for 15 minutes then row to the ship and remember if a single word from our conversation leaked then your heads will be hanging on Tortuga port's bay for 10 days." Sheyan spoke with a calm tone but this calm tone made these loose pirates tremble from head to toe.
"Yes sir! We will leave right away." Perspiration appeared on the forehead of all Pirates and they spoke in unison before leaving the tavern quickly.
After coming out of the tavern they finally let out the long held breath and quickly moved towards the shore to find a good hiding place.
As for thoughts about running away, have you experienced the methods of that guy, that be the scariest thing they ever felt. They didn't want to risk dying a painful death because of running away.
Sheyan saw the pirates leaving before looking towards the counter of the tavern with a smile.
"You are really courageous to still think about hiding, did you really think I would forget about you if you kept hiding behind the counter?" Sheyan spoke while looking at the counter with a small smile.
"Si-si-sire, I be feeling weak in my legs that's why i couldn't get up and greet the sire as soon as I woke up.". A middle aged man stood up from behind the counter and spoke while trembling.
"Hehe no worries, mistakes happen." Sheyan spoke with a smile.
"Yes yes sire, that was just a mistake." Middle-aged guy smiled too.
"But when you make a mistake you need to make amends for it too." Sheyan spoke with a smile.
Looking at Sheyan's smile, the middle-aged guy felt chill in his spine.
"H-how to make amends sire?" Middle-aged guy asked tentatively.
"It's a tavern, you are the owner, get us drinks. How else?" Sheyan replied.
"Yes yes sire right away, drink however much you like sire, it's all free for you sire." The tavern owner spoke and hastily took out a bottle from a hidden quarter.
"Sir this be the treasure of my tavern, my father bought this bottle in an auction while traveling to faraway Island." Tavern owner spoke while pouring the contents of the bottle in three cups.
He brought the glasses to Sheyan and served them on the table.
"Please have a taste sire." Tavern owner bowed beside Sheyan waiting for him to taste the drink.
Sheyan picked up the glass and took a sip, instantly his eyelids jumped.
Krist and Charl tensed up.
"Woah this is actually pretty good, I didn't expect the drinks to taste this good here." Sheyan complimented.
Tavern owner smiled brightly and filled Sheyan's cup once again.
"Charl Krist, have a taste." Sheyan spoke to Charl and krist while drinking.
A notification rang in his ears at this time.

One cup of this special bottle turned out to be the same as drinking 10 cups of normal rum.
Sheyan finished drinking the second cup and milestone progress reached 20.
Looking at the bottle, it still had 6 more cups worth of liquor left in it.
Looking at Sheyan's empty cup, the tavern owner filled it up once again.
Krist and Charl also tasted the drink.
"It really does taste pretty good." Krist and Charl exclaimed.
"Sir should we buy more bottles of this drink before going back." Charl suggested.
"Yes that's a good idea." Sheyan spoke.
"What's the name of this drink?" Sheyan asked the Tavern owner.
"Sir this is battlerub rum from makao islands in the southern ocean, this be the only bottle in my shop, if you want more you will have to go to the southern Ocean or find some big traders such as gypsies." Tavern owner replied.
"Gypsies..." Sheyan muttered and memories about gypsies surfaced in his mind, but he soon put them behind his mind.
"Well I will find a way to get it." Sheyan spoke while drinking another cup.
Very soon he drank the whole bottle and the Tavern owner took out his second best bottle of rum, although this one couldn't be compared with battlerub rum but it was still good.
Sheyan drank rum to achieve Drunkard's milestone while waiting for Scarface Harry.
