The years pass to where Tai is now seventeen getting ready to join training from Twilight Federation for two years then will do a couple years with the Alliance before returning to the federation since her father begged that of her.
" Are you packed Tai " Sana asked as she stacks several containers on a hover cart for it to go out to the craft that two federation cadets arrived in to pick her up in.
Jessica came in carrying two long and thick silver cases of some new weapons she has invented special for her daughter for the missions she'll go on, she also developed a new exo skeleton that makes all the others seem like child's play.
" are you ready honey " Jessica asked while handing Sana the two cases to put on the cart, Tai smiles watching the two interact with each other. Tai remembers when she was six seeing the two always hugging and kissing inside of the lab, she also was told about keeping what the three talk about, seen or things they do to anyone.
Tais intelligent just like her mother so she could understand things easier even at the age of three so she always watched and listened to others, she also knew that the only good one out of her father's family is her Aunt who is no longer here since her mother sent her away to work for the federation.
Tai still craves her father's attention even though she knows better a part of her wants his affection, her brother acts like any other child would since he wasn't intelligent like she was and also like her he craves his mother's attention which Jessica would shower him with love all the time. He grew up around his father and his family who always degrades his sister also his mother so when he became a teen he started to grow distant with his mother and also became a bully to his sister thinking he was better than her in every aspect.
Heiro is the same age seventeen like his sister but he's joining the Alliance going in as a private while his sister will go to the federation first and Heiro will not go there at all since it's his choice since his mother gave him the choice to go if he wanted.
Sana walks behind Jessica and Tai to where two cadets are sitting in the living room while Maxwell is talking to them, he thinks the federation is a joke and even how they use different titles like chess while the Alliance uses title similar to Earth's twenty first century with new ranks added.
When new cadets join the federation they are all called pawns rank one through ten, so when Tai enters she should be a pawn R-1 but since she has been in training since she was four by Sana and other instructors sent by the federation she is now a pawn R-9 so she is two levels from moving up. Then you have knights, bishops, rooks then a Queen and a king which for some reason you get promoted to a king before a queen since they say the queen is more powerful.
The queen is known as the most powerful piece on the chess board, Jessica is a Queen R-10 one of the ten among the Queens in the federation while Sana is a Rook R-10 and has always had a crush on Jessica thats why she volunteered for being Jessica's protector.
They also know that the Alliance along with some of Maxwell and his family has planted moles too, they've already flushed out over two dozen new cadets that was working for one or the other infiltrating the federation to move up in ranks or to compromise the federation.
Jessica, Sana and Tai was standing behind two cadets from the federation which one was a male who had dark purple hair with Light purple eye color and he stood at 6'3" in height with a small muscular build with only 2% fat on his body so he was well built. Drake was one of the federations Queens son so he was one of the trusted cadets that Jessica chose to come and also help look out for her daughter, the other one was a girl with dark maroon hair with grey eyes she stood at 5'7" weighing 116 and had nice assets. Her name is Lillian she is a Knight R-5 while Drake is a bishop R-2, they are basically on equal footing in strength and power. Lillian is adopted by one of the men who is a king R-10 one of the richest and powerful men in the galaxies, he saved Lillian when a group of soldiers from the alliance massacred the town she lived in on a mining planet that was dealing in illegal trade.
He found her hiding in a nearby cave in her mother's arms, he was to late to save the mother since she was dead still hugging her child so he took Lillian in as his own daughter at the age six. Lillian's father use to be a general who was caught in a bad deal when he betrayed the Alliance then they was sent to live on one of the worst planets in Galaxy X, their daughter was very intelligent and also has unique DNA since her father was one of the top five Generals in the Alliance which after his downfall Maxwell Samson who is standing in front of her took her father's spot.
" Hello I'm Tai " Tai said keeping eye contact with the girl in front of her, Maxwell frowns when his daughter interrupted their discussion even though he was belittling the girl in front of him so that's one reason Tai stepped in. Lillian was at a loss for words when she seen the girl in front of her, Tai stood at a height of 5'9" with a lean muscular build and a chest that seems to be a c-cup. The tight leather black outfit showed Tais form very well, Lillian couldn't help to check out the girl in front of her like they were the only two in the room as her eyes go down to see a large bulge in Tais pants when someone clears their throat bringing both the girls out of their haze of checking each other out.
Jessica was smirking at the two who was now both blushing as Jessica pulls her daughter into the hallway leaving Sana with the two and Maxwell to speak about some details while Maxwell was glaring at the girl named Lillian.
" Tai..you act like that's the first time you have seen a girl, she is probably one of the prettiest we've seen in a while well except for Sana, but honey control yourself" Jessica said glancing down at her daughters bulge that seemed to calm down when her mother hugged her, she admits that when she was checking the girl out her friend down there stirred awake.
" well let's go you have to be on time, I love you baby don't trust easily or fall to hard and always keep your eyes open to everything. I'll come visit next month, I will be going to the other lab after you leave here I'll finally get to see my best friends and to meet her daughter Ari.....oh your aunt will be close to you " Jessica said whispering the last part about Ami which Tai smiles widely when she heard she'll see her aunt again, they all walk outside to the aircraft in including Maxwell which pisses off both women who kept quiet since Tai was happy when her father finally was nice and showing her attention these past four months.
Jessica knows the man doesn't care about her daughter and that he is trying to manipulate her like he does everyone else, but Jessica knows how smart her daughter is and she also knows that Tai won't let him manipulate her like he has done their son.
" remember that after a couple months I want you to put time into the alliance as well—" Maxwell was saying when Lillian cuts him off, she grabs Tais hand pulling her close to her.
" well if she decides to also put in work at the Alliance it'll be two years from now " Lillian said while gently squeezing Tais hand, Jessica smirks seeing Maxwell's confused and angered face glaring at the girl so she steps in before he goes off.
" Yes...Maxwell I forgot to tell you that the federation has different ways than your Alliance does so she will only be able to take a second position somewhere else after two years with the federations blessing of course...now go on or all of you will receive punishment for being late, I love you Tai my little girl" Jessica said pouting her lips while kissing Tai all over her face making her daughter whine about the embarrassment, Maxwell turns then walks away without saying another word to his daughter.
" see...he shows his true colors, Tai be careful of him and his family including your brother" Sana said walking over hugging Tai goodbye, she waves goodbye to her mother and Sana then boards the craft taking off to go to the nearest Star gate to travel to galaxy T-6 to go to planet T-010 where they have one of the federations largest training base at.
