Chapter 2: The imposter.....
The pain subsided and Zein slowly sat on the head seat,he rubbed at his forehead before looking up.
Before him stood a few people with concerned and scared looks on their faces. They had all had their young lord painful growl and thinking he was under attack,they had rushed in to aid him only to find him kneeling on the ground, clutching his head in pain.
They were scared and didn't know what to do since none of them was a doctor and had only called at him but received no respond.
Zein looked at the group of people before him ...a young lad , probably fourteen years old. He had to be his squire,a middle aged man,a young lady and another middle aged man clad in a simple set of leather armour.
They must be my retainers....he thought as he focused his gaze on the young lad....

Zein exclaimed inwardly as he maintained a calm and collected face on the outward.

He called their names in a low tone but one full of majesty and authority.....

They all replied with the squire almost kneeling.
"Am fine....it was just a little headache...."
He openly lied, though none of the four believed him,they chose not to question their lord.

Zein quickly summoned his status panel and a blue transparent screen appeared before his eyes.....
"Huh.....I only see this PC and console games....now I have one...."
He mentally laughed as a wide smile morphed on his face.

Zein was speechless when he saw his status panel....
Firstly.....his total status points were equal to Torry's Agility points despite him being a knight, secondly... what the heck happened to hi HP..... just twenty points,where did the other eighty points vanish to....
"Don't tell me the headache was that severe....."
And thirdly.... what with all those skills.....as he pondered on the third point....a thought crossed his mind....
"Are all these his skills...?"
"Damn....! Why is knight me more talented than me....!"
He thought enviously as he recalled how untalented he was back on earth.
"Don't worry my other me.....one day I will avenge you....I promise!"
Zein made a promise to the now dead him.

Zein read the new quest and quickly dispersed it as he knew of how weak he was currently...and given the time duration of 10 years,as long as he grew stronger and developed faster,there was nothing for him to fear.
The four were still standing there like statues with their heads bowed as they waited for their Lord to dismiss them.
Zein looked at the imposter mission,he had fifty seven more minutes to complete it and so he quickly came up with a plan.
He took the quill and started writing on one of the parchment,for a couple of minutes before handing it over to Torry....
"Take this...."
Torry read the parchment and fell on his knees....tears flowed down his eyes as he moved towards the lord....he cast all his dignity aside and clutched on Zeins legs....
The others wondered on what was happening.....
"My Lord.... please don't die on us...." he pleaded as he cried, Zein was touched by his loyalty but the system changed his thoughts....
On the parchment,he had written his will and sighted that the course of his death was poisoning by his elder brother.
He had meant for Torry to read the will to the others so he could observe their reactions and nab the imposter.

A string of system notifications rang in Zeins mind,he was surprised at how the system worked.
He hadn't thought that the system would aid him in finding the imposter....he was also happy that he leveled up twice. He was about to speak when another notification popped up before his eyes....

Zein thought for a moment a smirk appeared on his face..
From his predecessor's memories, he knew that he hid a poisoned dagger under the table....and in a swift movement.... Torry's head fell to the floor with blood splattering all over.
The rest watched dumbfounded....
