Maria and Julia stood in shock as they watched Ashley speed away in her car, the rain pouring down heavily. They both called out her name, but it was futile. Suddenly, Julia's mind raced back to the news she had read earlier - a person had been found dead outside Fashionista Couture. "Oh dios mío" Maria gasped, her eyes widening in shock as she too realized the gravity of the situation. "That's where Alisha works!"

Without wasting a single second, Julia took charge of the situation. "I'll take my car, and let's go after her," she said urgently. Maria nodded in agreement, her hands trembling as she tried to dial Ashley's phone number.

As they raced through the streets, Julia's car swerved dangerously in the heavy rain, the sound of the engine roaring in their ears. Maria's heart pounded with fear and anticipation, unsure of what they would find when they caught up to Ashley.
