Chapter 3: Childhood

It's been 2 months since my birth it was a torturous experience for both me and my new mother, but Mikael my new "father" has shown great disappointment that I don't look like my brother's, for good reason considering I'm not his unless it's not canon, which I think it is because Esther looks like she did in the show.
Elijah "Finn where's klaus?" oh Elijah must have come home early from the hunt!
Finn "he's with mother she's feeding him"
Elijah "right fathers coming with a boar he caught, all I caught was this" then he lifted a small bird with self contempt.
Finn "that's good your improving like father said you would, last time you brought nothing, it's a start"
Elijah "I guess, but I wanna be like father! he can catch boars and deer by himself!"
Finn "yes he can, but he's much older and stronger than us"
Mc 'are they talking about their hunting skills or lack thereof,' yes I have no idea why but "father" believes that to be strong you have to learn as young as possible to hunt and all other warrior related things, I mean harsh is a weak word for how he treats them and in the future me, which is bad cause now ester is always at home so I can't look at her spell-book! and when Ester isn't Elijah is, it's like a endless cycle of coddling.
(AN: this is a timeskip of 13 years when Henrik's born)
13 years have past but nothings changed really I still need to be watched just less and less, but today is different I believe Esther is going to give birth today which means the plot is the same as the show!, I haven't thought it before because it could be a fan-fiction version now I know it isn't cause they all look like similar to their actors.
But what I'm most excited about is only 10 or so years before I'm a vampire which means I can make my own strix, I always thought the idea was cool but the execution was terrible, their efficiency and training were not as good as they could have been and the leadership was shit.
I will make my own later but I have to plan out my rise to power, for now I wait.
Mc "father can I join the hunt?"
Mikael "just don't get in my way and don't run like the coward you are"
Klaus "yes father!"
My brothers and I spent less than an hour getting arrows and swords while father sharpened his sword, after preparing all the emergency supplies we left for the forest surrounding our village.
Outside of the village and into the forest we walked into the shadowy depths, after 15-20 minutes walking we hear a sound from our left, we look and in the distance there it is a deer stood proudly atop a fallen tree.
Seconds later father has the bow drawn already in the perfect stance the arrow flys and the deer slams into the ground.

I will update as I get better with writing I wanna make this like journal entry's when I have more time or feel like it!
I put a lot of authors notes to explain my thinking, anything I don't include but should please comment and tell me what I can do, as I said I'm new I don't know everything and I make a lot of errors most of the time so be patient I'm not the fastest or the best writer!
