Chapter 71: Chapter 71: Italian Mission
Another four days passed, and it's the time for the last mission. Once again, everyone gathered inside the Gantz Room.
"So Leader, anything you wanted to remind us for this mission?" asked Sakata.
"Well this is our last mission. This time, we are going to Italy. Also, we will meet many Gantz Fighters from all over the world." answered Kurono.
"Meeting more team? It's all well if they are good people like Sazaro and the gang. I don't want to meet some prick like the Osaka Team." said Rei.
"Maybe we could meet some powerful ally over there?" guessed Sakurai.
"Another reminder is that the opponent this time around is incredibly strong when it comes to physical prowess. They are also pretty fast. So, remember to not get yourself beaten physically, and be alert at all times." reminded Kurono. "When attacking don't use physical attack. It won't
Everyone seriously noted what he said. Reika then asked, "Is there any target that got wings?"
"... there are many." replied Kurono.
"Alright." said Reika. A bright light flashed on her eyes, making everyone wanted to smile at her enthusiasm.
"Let's go!"
Everyone then got transferred out from the Gantz Room.

As soon as everyone appeared, they saw many corpses scattered on the ground. Many of them were no longer have a complete bodies. There are also many weapons scattered around. Even few incomplete Hard-Suits also could be seen laying in the open, with it's user was dead inside.
"Oh God. What is this mess?"
"They all died?"
"This is really bad omen." said Sakurai, feeling uncomfortable when he saw many human corpses on the ground.
"Forget those corpses. Focus on the mission." reminded Kurono.
"It's all over. Everybody's dead...?"
At this time, they saw a man, who got himself cut on his waist, looking around with a blank expression. That man seems to be lost when he saw all of his Italian Team were butchered by those Roman Statue alien.
"You all will just die too...like everyone else." said the man as he looked at Kurono and his team. "You are all dead men...there is no point..."
The man didn't get to finish his sentence, and he died. The Tokyo Team sighed when they saw the man.
"I... couldn't understand his language." sighed Sakurai.
"Me neither." said Shinozaki, shaking her head.
"Everyone didn't understand." said Kurono. "Well, we better get moving. If we could, we need to save anyone who is still alive."
The team nodded. After that, they headed out to find those targets. They didn't need to go too far, as the quickly found their targets.
Near the Trevi's fountain, they saw many moving statues were fighting with some Gantz Fighters from all over the world. Many multi-sized statues were moving everywhere. There are even those who are flying around, and killing many Gantz Fighters.
"Wind Slash!"
Right then, a man unleashed hundreds of wind scythes that turned into a tornado. He then controlled the tornado, and used it like a whip, and whipped it towards those statues. Some of the statues got destroyed, but some of them managed to withstand those tornado attack.
"Kei?" Sakuraoka was stunned when she saw the man who performed the tornado attack. "Hey Kei, did you see that man?"
Sakuraoka's voice didn't reach Kurono, as he was flying up to the sky. "What is he doing?"
"Hey, look over there. Is not that Kei?" said Reika, pointing her finger towards another direction. Everyone looked at the direction and saw an identical Kei, with spikey hair.
Jin Kazama, the spikey haired Kei, was fighting a Moses Statue. The statue tried to punch him down, causing his team to yell at Kazama to warn him.
"Watch out! He is coming!" yelled a man.
"Noo! Kazama!" A girl tried to rush over to Kazama's direction.
"Exploding Fist!"
Thoom!!
Kazama met the punch with his punch. Just then, an explosion happened, and a red beam incinerated the Moses Statue's upper body. The remaining body dropped to the side, no longer moving.
"Holy shit!" Sakurai almost dropped down his Z-Gun when he saw the red beam. "Did he just turned 'Ultraman'?"
"Hei, that's Kei's ability." said Shinozaki. "Is that really him?"
"No. He is up there." said Sakuraoka, pointing at Kurono on the sky.
"I found another one. Over there!" said Sakata. Everyone hurriedly looked at the direction, and saw a red haired Kei Kurono.
"Look. Over there too." said Rei. Everyone also looked and saw another Kei with spikey hair. However, this one was holding onto a giant blade. "How is there so many of Kei appearing here in this last mission?"
At this time, Kurono who already changed his name into Zaraki Kenpachi teleported, and appeared in front of the Augustus Statue. He then released the clothes that enveloped his giant sword, and readied himself to face the giant statue.
"Look. He also can use teleportation!"
"Wait, he will be in trouble. Didn't he know that any physical weapon is useless against those statues?"
"Let's warn him." said Fei, feeling a bit worried. "Hey! Don't fight with physical object! It's useless against that thing!"
However, Fei's warning seems to not reach the guy. The rest of the team also wanted to warn that guy. Right then, many Cupid statues flew down and attacked them. This forced them to take care of themselves.
Back to the Augustus Statue, it swiftly punched down towards the man with giant sword, but it missed. Kenpachi just teleported away to evade those punch. Many more punches were delivered by the statue, but got easily evaded by Kenpachi. At some point, Kenpachi appeared above the statue.
"Getsuga Tensho!"
Instantly, a giant moon-shaped flying slash was unleashed, and cut the Augustus Statue in two. Kenpachi sighed when he saw the result of his attack.
"It still not comparable to the real Getsuga." said Kenpachi. If it was the real thing, he should be able to use it instantly like Kurosaki Ichigo, without needing him to charge the energy. "Should I change my name to Kurosaki Ichigo?"
Suddenly, Kenpachi who is now changed his name into Ichigo saw the red haired Kurono rose up on air, and appeared close to the real Kei Kurono. "Should I go there too?" He thought for a second, and decided to not go.
On the sky, Kurono saw Emiya Shirou float towards his direction, and smiled. "Hey, wassup?"
"Yo! Mind if I launch an attack from here?"
"Sure. Go ahead."
"Think you can delay all those flying statues?"
"Sure. What kind of skill are you trying to use?" asked Kurono.
Shirou just smiled,but didn't reply. He then closed his eyes for a moment. After that he focused his psychic powers into creating a large scale pentagram seal. While he conjured those seal, Kurono killed many flying cupids that tried to attack them.
"Unlimited Blade Works: Infinite Creation of Swords!"
From those pentagram seal, many shining swords appeared and grew big in sizes.
"Go!"
Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!
Instantly, those swords rained down and each found their own targets. Within seconds, many of those statue aliens got cut and died.
"F@#k! That guy is trying to show off." cursed Kenshin. He didn't expect Shirou to learn such skill and able to cut many targets.
"Is he trying to exploit all the score?" Ichigo frowned. "This won't do. I need to kill more than him."
He then abandoned the notion of showing off his Getsuga skill. He used the old skill, that was using light beams to kill many targets at once. The same goes for Kenshin, and Kazama. Both of them are now running around to hunt those many statues with light beams.
Their enthusiasm eased the burden on the many Gantz Fighters. Many of the fighters who were in a pinch, got saved by those swords rains and the light beams. On the sky, the swords finally stopped from falling down.
"Wow! That was an incredible skill." praised Kurono. "How did you come up with such skill?"
"Well, the limit in using psychic powers is your imagination. Though, this skill really exhaust my mind a lot." replied Shirou. "By the way, why are you staying up here?"
"Actually, I was trying to spot every single aliens in the area."
"What for?"
"Like you, I wanted to target all of them." said Kurono. "If you didn't use your skills just now, I could have taken down all of the statue aliens."
Saying so, Kurono rised his right hand, and then pulled it down.
"Lightning Shower!"
Klong! Klong! Klong!
Unbeknown to everyone, Kurono already collected, and formed a gigantic dark cloud. From that clouds, many lightning arc rained down, and was guided to obliterates many statues. Kurono mostly aimed to destroy the giant statues and left some of those small fries to everyone.
"Ahh! It's another alien attack!"
"Watch out. The aliens is attacking with lightning." said a man, jumping away from a statue who got destroyed by a lightning arc.
"I think it's not an alien attack. Someone is using that lightning power to destroy those statue aliens." said another man.
"Why do you say so?"
"Look at those two above."
After one person found Kurono and Shirou, the other people also started to realised the two of them.
"You know, Leader said to be alert at all times, and watch out for an alien attacks." said Sakurai
"He did say that." nodded Sakata.
"Then, why are we still okay, and all those aliens are dead, or incapacitated?"
"...to help us kill those target easily?"
Everyone were speechless when they saw those statues were on the ground, either dead, or lost their limbs.
On another location, Kazama who was about to kill a Troy Statue, that statue got destroyed by some lightning bolts. Even the surrounding statues got destroyed too.
"You sonova...whyyy?" Kazama was infuriated and yelled at the sky. "F@#k you two!"
On the Tokyo Team, Sakuraoka suddenly become worried when she found that two of their members were missing. She hurriedly asked the others, "Guys, have you seen Reika and Shinozaki?"
"I think I saw them running in that direction." said Kaze, pointing towards a direction. Just as Sakuraoka wanted to rush to that direction, she saw Reika and Shinozaki are already walking back at their location.
"Thank God, you are okay. Where did you two go just now?" asked Sakuraoka.
"We saw some winged statues dropped down towards that direction. We thought that we could take it down while it was still breathing." answered Reika.
"And we really get to take down some." said Shinozaki, full of smile.
"What so special about them? Aren't there many small cupids around? They too have wings." said Sakurai.
"That's different."
"What so different?"
"They are seraphs." said Reika.
"Seraph? So, how many wings do they have?"
"The one we killed each got six wings."
"Whaat?" everyone exclaimed in surprise.
"Are there still any with six wings there?"
"I think, there are some with four wings that still alive."
As soon as Shinozaki finished talking, everyone dashed towards the mentioned location. Reika and Shinozaki laughed at how fast they all run to find those winged statues.
On the sky, Kurono also smiled when he saw the behavior of his team. He deliberately left those winged creatures for his team to deal with.
Not long later, there are no longer any moving statues in the area. With the presence of five Kurono in there, the Italian mission become as easy as fighting in the Onion Alien mission.
"Ah! The transfer!"
A guy from Hiroshima Team started being transferred back. After that, many other fighters are starting to disappear and got themselves teleported back.
"Thank God! We are saved."
"Hahaha...I managed to survive."
"We won? Ah ha ha... huhuhu."
On the sky, Shirou also started to get teleported away.
"See you soon, man."
After that, Shirou fully got transferred away. Seeing that everyone are getting out of the place, Kurono decided to teleport towards his team. After that, he and his team also got transferred away.
