Chapter 6: Heavenly Demon God
After coming back to the shop, I bought a room for Asuna with the basic needed furniture, while Asuna went to the bathroom to wash up once again.
While she was busy taking a bath, I decided to create one more room, The Kitchen. Since I got this second chance at life, I have not eaten anything. It's almost been a whole day. At first I wasn't hungry because of the effects of the special effects of the Chair and Meditation, but the fight left me hungry. After having some good food, I will take a relaxing bath and then go back to training my magic.
So after buying a ton of cooking ingredients and utensils, I decided to try cooking something. I knew how to cook in my past life. Being an orphan will force anyone to learn to cook, if they want to survive.
After sever years of cooking, I was pretty good at it. But that was just my spicy Indian food. What do Japanese people like to eat? Asuna probably wouldn't like to eat food as spicy as I like. So what would be good for both Asuna and me? Not a lot of spice, but still doesn't taste bland to me? I can think of only one dish. Ramen!
I decided to learn how to make ramen after watching Naruto. The ramen shown in the anime looked way too tasty. And I indeed did not regret learning it one bit. It's tastes amazing.
Deciding on Ramen, I started the cooking process. While I was midway through the task, Asuna entered the kitchen, wearing a robe and a towel wrapped around her hair. She was looking very attractive like that. Her face also had a slight blush, which just added to her beauty. Seeing her like that made my heart beat faster.
"Are you making Ramen?" She asked while looking at the ingredients.
"Yeah. I don't know many Japanese dishes, so I decided to make the one I am most confident in. Hope you like it." I answered her while looking at her beautiful face. Seeing one of my favourite Anime girls, a waifu, standing in front of me in such an enticing attire is something I could never have imagined to come true. My heart was now thumping inside my chest.
Seeing me stare at her face, Asuna blushed a little more as she asked, "Is there something on my face?"
I quickly turned my face as I focused back on my cooking, trying to calm down my thumping heart. "It's nothing. I was just thinking about how beautiful you look. Anyways, the food will be ready in 2 minutes, so you should get dressed up quickly and come to the dining table."
"Ok-okay." Saying that while stuttering cutely, Asuna quickly ran away. I couldn't properly see her reaction as my back was turned towards her.
After finishing cooking the food, I poured it in two big bowls and went towards the dinning table. Asuna was already there, so I put down the food on the table and sat own opposite to Asuna, ready to eat.
"Itadakimasu!" Saying that we both started to eat. After eating for just a few seconds, Asuna exclaimed, "It's soo tasty! Karna, your are an amazing cook!"
I could only scratch my head embarrassedly, "Haha, It's just that I saw this dish multiple times in a show I like. So I tried making it, and when I liked the taste, I kept making it till I became good enough at making it."
"It's truly amazing. The thick broth, the long juicy noodles and the tasty toppings truly make it amazing. I haven't had such good food in forever. I have been trapped in places that lack tasty food for too long. I really like this long and thick, juicy and tasty food. Thanks for the meal Karna." Asuna said making me feel pleased as well as pity her shitty fate.
First the death game, then the death world. She obviously didn't get to eat much tasty food in those places, if any at all. She truly is a very Unlucky girl. But I will stop her from suffering any more. "It's my pleasure you liked the food. I can make more whenever you want."
"Next time I will make food for you. I will make the best food I can!" Asuna said enthusiastically.
"Then you have my Thanks in advance. You should eat the rest quickly before it gets cold." I said before we went back to eating.

After we had filled our belly, Asuna went to her room, while I took a relaxing bath. When I entered the room once again, I noticed how empty it felt.
So I decided to fill it with new stuff as now I had a decent amount of money.
I changed the plain shelves into better looking shelves that had beautiful designs carved into them. I filled one of the shelves with F, E and D Grade Health potions and Energy potions that can restore any kind of Energy.
Then I filled another one with various other kinds of unique potions, like Strength potion, Speed potion, Stamina potion, Endurance potion, Flight potion, Invisibility potion, Teleportation potion, Condom Potion, Fertility potion, Growth Potion, etc.
Then I filled another shelf with weapons, Long sword, Katana, Bow & Arrow, Gun, War hammer, Battle Gauntlet, etc.
Next I filled another Shelf with Magical weapons. A sword made of pure fire, A hammer made of Ice, a Bow made of Crackling lightning, a magical staff, etc. The shelf was magical as it kept everything floating inside of it, which added to the magical effect of the items. Though these items looked impressive, they were actually pretty weak. I put them up just for display. If anyone wants a strong Magical weapon, I can directly buy it for them.
Next I filled a shelf with Books that contained various topics, from cooking to Martial arts, to magic to technology, and even some cough porn cough.
And finally I filled a shelf with food. From chips to Pastry, from water to Coca Cola, from cookies to Ramen. Different kind of food on different levels.
After I was done with that, I changed the walls, and added a beautiful drawing of a Natural scenery on the left wall, while a drawing of the night view of a Advanced city on the right wall. And finally I added a magical painting behind the counter, that had me and my customers on it, which will continue adding every new customer on it.
Then I bought a Digital clock that would tell the Terraria world time. It was kinda awkward whenever I thought about what the current time was, as this place didn't have a day and night cycle. I put it above the Entrance so that I could see the time anytime I want.
After I was all done with decoration, I finally got back to my magic training. But before that, I had to do something about meditation. It had already become obsolete, so I needed a new Source to get stronger.
Since even the cheapest Cultivation Manual did so good at raising my rank, I decided to just go with another Cultivation Manual.
I searched through the OTC for a good one, until I found one. But the problem was the price.
The Cultivation Manual was Called {Heavenly Demon God Cultivation Manual}. An extremely edgy/chunni name. Honestly, the people of the cultivation world's truly amaze me with their excellent naming sence as well as their common sense and behaviour.
This Cultivation Manual had 3 parts. The first part cost 250,000 OT. Now that's a huge price, but that doesn't even compare to the price of the later parts. The second part cost 1.5 million, and the final part costs 11 million.
Seeing the price alone gives me a headache. Is it truly worth it? The description seems like it's worth it, but it's so freaking expensive.
Sigh! Let's buy it anyways. If I don't spend money, how can I earn more money? If I don't get stronger, I would just have to wait in the shop to get new customers, who might or might not have expensive items that I could convince them to part with.
There's no guarantee there would ever be another customer that would bring such a huge profit like Ophis. So I have to personally go to other worlds to get more profit and then use that to get stronger only to repeat the cycle until I am strong enough to travel through most worlds without care.
The first part of the {Heavenly Demon God Cultivation Manual}, which I will just called {Advanced Cultivation} from now on, had a few enticing benefits. First it Increased my Mana reserve just like Meditation, but just was way faster.
Then it also cleans my body of impurities then starts to strengthen it. From my Muscles to Bones, from my Veins to Organs, it makes everything stronger. After a few days of using this, I could take a kick to the nutsack without even wincing.
Another perk of this manual is the powers it gives access to. Like it's name Heavenly Demon God suggests, it gives access to holy, demonic and any one power of your choice of. The final part would allow the user to choose any one power and will assist in mastering it to a Godly Level.
The first gives access to Holy power, which will definitely be very useful to me. Holy power is a buff type power that infuses with other powers to enhance them. By adding Holy power to My Pyromancy, I will get Holy Fire, which will have a higher Damage, but also a higher energy Consumption. The Holy Power will also Do increased damage against Unholy and Demonic Beings or things.
And there's a final perk of this manual, which isn't very useful but pretty cool. It makes the user float when using the Cultivation technique. Looks pretty cool, but isn't very useful. Though if it can actually stop me from falling to death by just making me float when I reach near ground after a long fall, it would be actually pretty useful. Will have to test it at a later date.
Seeing so many benefits, I just decide to buy it. But before I start to se it, I decide to increase the mana level of the store, so that I can just cultivate as fast here as I could in Terraria world.
I search for the mana level upgrade, only to find it to be very cheap. Apparantly I have a huge discount because my shop is connected to the Terraria world. Though I find it suprising that the Natural mana level of Terraria is actually higher than DxD.
But maybe I shouldn't be as suprised, seeing as how stars of mana rain down in Terraria.
After buying the upgrade, I feel the change immediately. The mana inside the shop has increased multiple times in an instant. Feeling better in this mana filled environment, I sit down and start to Use the Cultivation Technique.

After I started using the Cultivation technique, I started sweating black slimy liquid, which stank a lot. So I went to the bathroom and decided to cultivate under the running shower.
After about 2 hours, the black slime stopped coming out of my body, which made me happy. I have seen this body purification process in Cultivation Manhua, but I never knew that the black liquid will stink soo much. But I guess it should be obvious, seeing how the black liquid was all the impurity in my body.
After the black liquid stopped coming out, I already started to feel amazing. My body felt stronger and lighter than ever before. I felt like I could destroy a mountain with a punch. Which I definitely couldn't do right now, but somebody, I will be able to do that.
After cleaning myself up and changing into a comfortable hoodie and pants, I went back to the counter and sat down infront of it, starting my Cultivation once again.
