After arriving home, Xander saw a wild cat sleeping while waiting in his door. He went towards it and took it from the nape, as the cat got alerted and swiped her claws at his hands. It shrieked when she feel a sense of dejavu by the way her claws got disfigured. "Xander! What are you doing, nyaa!" Kuroka said while trying to use senjutsu to heal her hands. Xander laughed when he saw that it still worked, he healed her hand and let her enter the house.
"So what are you doing here?" Xander asked while starting to cook for lunch. Kuroka followed Xander inside as she went to the sofa and relaxed on it. "I just came to check if you already gave Shirone the clip" She said while stretching her body on the sofa, she was wondering if Shirone loved the clip, just by thinking about Koneko's smiling face made Kuroka's face melt in happiness. "Yeah, she accepted it with a happy smile on her face" Xander said making Kuroka turn her head towards him "Really, nyaa?!" She asked really excited by what Xander said.
Xander turned to her and said with a big smile on his face "Yup, she even said, 'Thank you Senpai, you are so kind' " Kuroka's face crumpled upon hearing that, she hated that Xander was the one who gained the compliment when she is the one who bought the clip. Though she could do nothing about it because her sister still hates her and Xander is the only medium she could ask to send something to Koneko. Xander enjoyed the look on Kuroka's face so he started humming while continuing to cook.
Kuroka got curious by what Xander is cooking so she went to the kitchen where she smelled something that made her stop in her place. She smelled a aroma that so good that she went closer to sniff more of it. "Hey, what are you doing here?" Xander asked when he saw Kuroka suddenly entering his territory. Kuroka ignored him as she can't take herself from the smell, she started getting closer until she finally saw the food that Xander is cooking. She was dumbfounded when she saw it shining, "How is the food shining, nyaa...?" Kuroka asked Xander while he merely replied. "How should I know? I cooked many times and this always happen, I thought everyone who cooked good food would make it shine?" Xander's reply made Kuroka's mouth twitch.
"Nee, did you cook for me too?" Kuroka asked while still looking at Xander's cooking. "Huh? Why should I cook for you?" Xander tilted his head as he asked that question. Kuroka was not part of his family neither is she his friend, she was a acquaintance that's been visiting his house for reasons. "Please, nyaa! Cook something for me! I can't handle my curiosity if I can't taste this dish" Kuroka begged Xander while tugging his clothes, Kuroka took a long persuasion before she could make Xander relent, cooking another portion is not a problem, he also loved cooking anyway.
Xander cooked more food as he can feel that someone would be arriving in house later. After Xander finished cooking, he ordered Kuroka to put the foods in the table as he used Clairvoyance. Kuroka already laid the foods in the table when she saw Xander returning with a child on his side, but the moment Kuroka saw the child she couldn't help but shrieked in the corner, her instinct as a cat started screaming. "O-Ophis!? What is she doing here, nyaa?" Kuroka asked Xander while raising guard. "Cat?" Ophis said while tilting her head towards Xander.
Xander shook his head as he patted Ophis's head. "Don't worry about her, she just came to visit" Xander said trying to calm Kuroka's feelings. But instead of calming down, Kuroka was even more terrified, she is started thinking who Xander is to make one of the Dragon God visit him. She has no choice but to calm herself incase she might be consider nuisance by the loli so she just sat down on the chair and avoid meeting Ophis in the eyes, though Ophis never really looked at her, she just kept watching Xander move.
Xander took Ophis and place her body on his lap. '!? Is that guy nuts?!' Kuroka thought as he saw something that could only result in death. "Ophis, do you want to eat?" Xander invited Ophis to eat while pointing at the food infront of them. "Eat?" Ophis tilted her head confused as to why she needed to eat. They are primordial beings, eating are meaningless to them, so Ophis was confuse by Xander's gesture. "Yes, I know it might quite meaningless to you, but try it first" Xander said as he take a food from the table and placed it in the loli's mouth. Ophis literally started shining when she ate the food, she never thought that there were something that could make her gain interest instead of sleeping in the Dimensional Gap.
Ophis eyes started sparkling as she stared at the food, "Delicious right? I'm quite confident in my cooking" Xander said while giving a proud smile at Ophis. "More" Ophis merely said as she pointed at the food. Xander started feeding Ophis and treating her like a child while Kuroka was shocked, her boss was being treated as a child and she is just accepting it? She couldn't believe what she was seeing. "Oh right, you don't want to eat, Kuroka?" Xander noticed that Kuroka was just staring at them so he asked her. "N-No, I will eat my portion, nyaa!" Kuroka said somehow losing some of her fears and shielding her portion from Xander's reaching hands.
Xander just gave her a weak smile, and shook his head. They kept eating until everything in the table was finally gone. Ophis was in daze, this might be another amazing moments of her dull life, all she want is just to sleep peacefully in that Dimensional Gap, but there is someone stronger than her in there. She looked at Xander "More" and asked for more. Xander stared at her for a few seconds before smiling as he took the Infinite Plate on his Storage and gave it to her. Ophis tilted her head at the thing that Xander gave her, she can feel strong Infinity concept in it.
"What is this?" Ophis said while raising the plate and shaking it, she tilted her head when she can't find anything except for her concept being attached to the object. "That object is a Infinity Plate, it can make food infinitely as long as you imagine it, it would appear in that plate, don't be rough on it though, its brittle" Xander explained to Ophis while testing the plate, he put his hands on it and imagine a cookies, after opening his eyes, there was a lot of cookies in the plate. Ophis eyes shone again as she immediately stuffed all of those cookies inside her mouth. She took the plate and started doing what Xander instructed, and just like Xander there are a lot of food emerging from the plate.
Ophis got excited but when she tried to food, she felt that it was not as good as Xander's cooking. "Right, since that is just a tool, it can't make a much more delicious food than I make, so if you're craving for tasty food just come to my house" Xander said to the dazed Ophis as he patted her head. Ophis just nodded her head and started filling the plate with her snakes, afraid that it might break just like Xander said. After she finished her visit to Xander she looked at him with her dull eyes, Xander raised an eyebrow before saying "You're welcome, come again" Xander said as Ophis nodded her head and teleported out of the place.
Kuroka was dumbfounded by Xander, he understood that staring Ophis gave him? "Nee, Xander how did you know Ophis, nyaa?" She asked hoping to gain some informations about Xander. "Nope, not telling you, you're done eating right? You can go now" Xander ignored Kuroka's gaze as he just took the plate's and clean them by hand. Of course he could just use magic to handle them but since he has nothing to do anyway, cleaning a few plates wouldn't hurt.
Kuroka didn't hear Xander's words as she was lost in thought, she tried looking for any clue about Xander's existence then she recalled one meeting which terrified all the members of the Brigade. 'Death..' the hypothesis scared Kuroka to the core, imagining her sister hanging out with the 'Death' itself. How could she not be worry, she concluded that Xander's real identity was death because Ophis being friend of someone is something impossible and then 2 appeared at the same time, she could only think that the two was the same person and the other was its another persona.
Kuroka finally snapped out of her thoughts and looked at Xander with frightened eyes. Xander raise an eyebrow seeing that and just grinned at her. Kuroka shivered at her place while watching Xander's growing grin. "Hahahaha, you really are funny Kuroka" Xander then started laughing breaking the serious atmosphere. "Nyaa..?" Kuroka was stunned by his laugh, she immediately got furious as she thought that she was being made fun of him. "Xander! You're mean, nyaa!" Kuroka started ranting while pointing her finger to Xander who is just laughing at her.
Kuroka gained her composure as she slowly asked. "Xander, are you just playing with my sister?" She was scared that Xander might have just thought of her sister as a past time playmate and would get rid of her when she finally lost her value. "Hm?..nope, I thought of Koneko as my younger sister, I might be a same being as Ophis but I still know human emotions, I was raised this way" Xander thought about it for a moment before smiling as he started reminiscing about Koneko. Kuroka was relieved by what she heard, Xander having human emotions means he still can be reasoned. She was hoping that he would not go to the path of Edgelords, dominating all while taking all woman he wants.
Xander thought about it for a moment, "Yosh, I'll try to mend your relationship with Koneko, that is if I'm in the mood to do it though" Kuroka immediately got close to Xander forgetting that she was just scared of him minutes ago. "Really, nyaa!?" She started shaking Xander while tears gathered in the side of her eyes. "Ahhh, just like I said, If I'm in the mood" Xander just said while holding Kuroka stopping her from shaking him. "T-Then, what do you want?" Kuroka asked thinking that he might want something from her. "Huh? Why do you think of that? Do you even have something valuable to you?" Xander just ignored the stray criminal.
Kuroka started contemplating then she remembered something she was proud of. "H-How about my bod-" She was about to complete the sentence when Xander raised his hand to stop her. "I refuse, I have no interest in your body" He said making Kuroka's confidence fall, she started to question if she really is charming as the others said. "Just forget about it now, only start thinking of it when I already mended your relationship, and its not like it would work immediately" Kuroka can only nod her head as she walked towards the sofa. "Right, why does your sofa feel's so comfortable, nyaa?" She asked thinking that Xander might have done something to it to make it comfortable.
"Its because I enchanted it with magic" Xander said simply not caring about something simple. "Right, Kuroka, who ordered the attack for Sona Sitri?" Xander then remembered that Khaos Brigade was the one who attacked Sona and there was one main member here chatting with him. "Hm? There was something like that, nyaa?" Kuroka was surprised by what Xander said as she was not in her group for a few days already, if she knew then she might have go to the Kuoh, to protect her sister. "Sigh, How useless" Xander said while sighing making Kuroka aggrieved. "Hey! There is a limit to how rude a person can be, nyaa!"
Xander then explained how the attack happened, and who was involved in it, he is not Merlin who can know what's happening the the whole world with his clairvoyance, he might have the skill but its not as potent as the Incubus has. After hearing the details from Xander Kuroka started thinking about it. "If the leader was a magician then it gotta be Nilrem" Kuroka said arriving at a conclusion. "Nilrem? Who are they?" Xander asked as he started thinking about Khaos Brigade in the canon. "They are the magician faction of the Khaos Brigade, they are being led by Euclid Lucifuge who is in service of Rizevim Livan Lucifer" Kuroka explained to Xander the factions to Xander as he started to slowly remember them.
"How troublesome, now there is a gonna be a lot of corpses piling" Xander said calmly making Kuroka weirded. "Nee, you're not gonna kill them all right?" Kuroka asked as Xander just waved his hand. "Of course not, where's the fun in that? I will wait for them to appear in the world" Xander said while smiling cruely, "Anyone who dares to harm those who are important to me will die" It might just be simple death to others but the one who can only tell how terrifying being killed by Xander is the readers who already read Instant Death.
