Chapter 3: Loving Family And Simple Life.

There is an island known only to a few as Shiranui Island. There lies an old village that can only be described as an old Japanese Town. In a house, there lives a family of 3. The Father is currently at home as he has been bedridden by a potentially fatal disease whereby the local doctor said he has a low chance of living but the doctor told the father that with a strong will, he will live, so the father did not worry about his sickly nature as to lessen the worry of his family. The mother is out on a grocery run and as the sun begins to fall the mother starts to look around the village for her son asking other villagers if they've seen him because it is a small village and everyone knows each other. after a while the mother finds a group of children and calls out to a boy talking to the three 10-year-old girls as she says: "Bennnnyyyy, it's time to go home. It's getting late."
The 3 girls looked at the boy with smug faces as girl 1 said: "Bye Bye...Bennnnyyyy", "Girl 2 said: "Yes, it's getting late...Bennnnyyyy", and for the final blow girl 3, who was the oldest of the 3, said: "We'll see you tomorrow...our little Bennnnyyyy."(Input Head Pat Here).
The boy, filled with embarrassment, ran to the woman in a 'tantrum-like' matter demanding why she chose to embarrass him in front of his potential first love.
The mother laughed and replied with a humble smile on her face as she walk the boy home: "But your only nine years old Benimaru, in my opinion, I think it's a little too early to start dating. Plus you'll always be my little Benny".
I'll be ten tomorrow. Can I start dating then?
"Not Until your just a little bit older", she says as she illustrates with a paused pinching motion.
As they arrived home, the boy's father greeted him with a sickly voice that Benimaru has become accustomed to," Benny if you continue staying out late with girls, then you'll never find an amazing woman like your mother."
Huh, really? But how can I find someone like Mom, she's too amazing.
The mother, named Himiko, blushed and punched the father hard. With a strategic retreat, he said: "Ok Ok I'll stop. Tomorrow is your birthday Benny. What do you want?"
The boy thought for a few seconds and said that he wanted...
"Are you sure you want the 'Book Of Fire', it is merely a fictional book. I know you want to become a fire master, but you weren't born with the 'fire' in you. Don't you want something els-"
No. Even if I don't have 'fire', I can learn how to get it through the book. So I won't change my mind. And what else would a ten-year-old want.
"Ok, if you say so. I hope you enjoy your birthday", said his father.
After a few minutes, the boy goes to sleep. As the boy sleeps soundly, the mother and father converse about Benimaru's fixations with fire masters and how a Fire Master's true nature is to be cruel and inhumane because they believe they are better than them, the 'normals' as they call them. But because their powers were given and not awakened or earned through hard work, their life span was sacrificed. This created an image of greediness.
"Konro, do you think they will leave without anyone losing their lives this time?": said Himiko
"Honestly I don't know, but they are leaving tomorrow. I just hope those fire(*cough*cough*) bastards don't cause a ruckus," said Konro
Himiko urged Konro to go to sleep so that he gets better soon. Konro said he was okay, but Himiko insisted and Konro complied.

Later that night, in a cave deep inside a valley, a situation was brewing between the Fire Masters as they discussed how they were going to attack the so-called, Celestial Dragons tomorrow. In this talk the Grandmaster of Fire addressed the Fire Masters: "We have been given the best opportunity to attack those wicked bastards. Once they know of our pain, then they will feel their humanity return. To help us in this mission I have contacted a man even the Marines fear." Whispers gathered as the Fire Masters tried to guess who it is. "Rocks D. Xebec, the captain of the Rocks Pirates. With him and our weapon that the lab rats gladly made, we will be victorious."
The room went quiet. The Rocks Pirates were the deadliest crew in the New World. Smiles started to creep up the Fire Masters' faces as they realized just how close they were to their goal of killing these-so-called-Gods.
