Chapter 3: Chapter 3 The Party 3
"El.. what are you up to!" Claire walked into Elsa's room, her gaze filled with hate and jealousy. Still shocked at how she got the key to her room, Elsa asked "Aren't you supposed to be partying?" She turned her book to the next page "What's going on between you and Damien?" Claire crossed her hands waiting for a reply, she could no longer hide her range anymore.
Irritated by the sudden question, Elsa tried to give her an answer "Nothing much!" She said. "You know I like him right?" Claire said it matter of factly in case Elsa had forgotten, and Elsa only rolled her eyes "You said that since our first day in school, so I know about that.But why talking about him all of a sudden?" Came Elsa's reply as she continued reading.
"Well Damien is here and he wants to see you!" She gritted her teeth saying it. Elsa raised one of her brows astonished "I don't feel like seeing anyone so I'll pass!" She kept on reading. But Claire wanted more she wasn't going to stop here, thinking back at what she saw from her angle, it was like they were kissing.
"You know, I heard you and Damien kissed today in a class room!" Claire moved closer sitting on the bed with Elsa. "What?" Elsa almost choked with her own saliva "how did you know?" She gulped "So it's true afterall!" Claire clenched her fist tightly to the point of blood dripping out.
"That's not true, he almost kissed me but I rejected him... And how did that get out when no one was there!" She murmured the last sentence in a barely audible voice but enough for Claire to hear. "What do you mean almost kissed?" Claire asked as calm as she could. "Fine I'll tell you everything *sigh*!" Elsa sighed. "I'm listening!" Curious Claire crossed her legs on the bed to listen.
"*Sigh*, you remember when we were done with our history class?, So I forgot my pencil in there and went back to get it.
She walked to her sit at the end of the last row to get the pencil, but noticed someone followed her in, when she turned around to see who it was she realized it was Damien . She gasped in surprise and all words seemed to have failed her at that moment.
She opened her mouth but nothing came out. Damien moved closer and closer to her narrowing his eyes in an intimidating manner, she was startled and her feet responded to his movement finding it's way backwards till she got stocked on the wall and Damien confessed his feelings to her. "So that's what happened!" Elsa took a deep breath feeling relieved.
"Wow!" Claire said somehow she had her doubts cause of what she saw earlier. The kiss scene kept popping in her head, she was still burning with endless range that was at it's peak of exploding. She kept wondering why Damien confessed his feeling to Elsa. She knew she was better than Elsa in everything, So why her? Just why?
