Chapter 6: CHAPTER FIVE - A Little Peace. (Holiday Special)
~February.
Now the reason why I am not putting the exact date is because I don't remember a damn thing about February. All I remember was that we used to see each other over and over, mostly on Saturdays.
Just the same things, cuddling, kissing, hugging and the like. Ooh, there was also this day we watched a movie together. I don't remember what the exact day was. All I know is we used to make the most of our Saturdays and Suwi would always come for the weekend every Friday.
I haven't taken the time to introduce Suwi have I? So Suwilanji Kane Zimba is more of a family friend who we've known since birth I think. His sister is Ivy Natasha Zimba. We can just call her my sister in law as there's been a lot of things between Michael and Ivy, Hehe.
So, Suwi is someone who I talk to about these things a lot. He's pretty much up to date and knows a lot. We are both something when it comes to the girls, some more than others. Well I also tell a lot to Natasha C. Lesa and Mutinta Mweetwa. Mutinta knows everything. If you ask her, she'll tell you.
Oh, back to the story, so yeah. February was a peaceful month. Of course we had those days we'd argue and all. I mean a relationship is not a relationship without fights, right?
For a month that has a special day in it, this February was the most boring month, maybe because there was no drama and all. In my life, I'm used to a lot of drama. Well the thing about Selena, like I mentioned earlier is, it's really hard for her to move on or away from something and the thing I didn't like about this relationship was that she'd always talk about her ex before me. Let's just call him Zeph
So she'd always mention him in or talk about something she did with him or something she regrets and all. Sometimes I'd even tell her that I wouldn't be shocked if she went back to him and that's the thing, I'm never wrong. One thing you never want to do is talk about your ex with your current partner. Sometimes, you'll make your partner feel that they're not good enough or that you miss your ex and the like. I should know, I experienced that for 3+ months.
So there was this time, I was coming back from some place with mum and Esther, I don't remember the place but yeah, Selena told me that she unblocked Zeph and I don't remember why, but she sent me screenshots of the messages and I don't even want to talk about it. It was at that moment I realized that I was right.
I mean, why go back to your ex to try and settle something that ended in August or September, 2021? So, I began doubting her but didn't let it bother me because that way, I would be in a relationship where I doubt my partner. One thing is Zeph sure did push files, knowing very well she's in a relationship with me.
So, yeah February was like that. A lot more of fights and all. Well, now let's get into March, a month I now hate and fear. Trust me, it gets rough.
~March.
I will just explain a little bit about these two girls from the area, we actually all live in the same road. These girls are problems and when I say problems, I mean, Damn! Chichi A. Moonga and Natalie. S. C. Myles. Now here's a little background.
Chichi, Natalie and Selena used to hang out together and were friends. They were actually best friends. This was in 2021. They also used to play with Esther. They were the four of them. Oh, no, no, no, five, they were the five of them. Including, Precious Kabwe. For those of you who read my novels, it's not the first time you're seeing this name.
Now, Precious is the younger sister to Emmanuel Kabwe. In early 2017, Emmanuel, Precious, Esther and I formed a group of our own that I called 'TK', known mainly for making the stories of the novel, The Mechanics, Cybots, The Cloud Kingdom and part of the Immortals.
So I don't know how this friend group got torn apart but all I knew at that time was that it was those two problems that caused trouble. That girl Chichi and her follower, Natalie. They even tried to recruit Precious into their little thing until I spoke to Precious over the phone and made her come to her senses. It was at that time when Precious sent a paragraph to Chichi and blocked her. That's how I protected Precious from those 'snakes' as I called them at that time.
So, yeah, I don't know what separated them. I just remember one Sunday when Chichi and Natalie came at my gate for Esther and I'm guessing whatever conversation they had ended their friendship. So, Selena and Esther and Natalie and Chichi were now two separate groups that used to fight. Of course, Precious didn't interfere in such. She's a good girl. Still friends with Esther. I don't know about with Selena.
Oh! Back to the main thing. Why do I keep zoning out. Let me see, where was I? Oh! I remember. So yeah, I don't know what problem or issue Chichi and Natalie had with me but they definitely did not like me. I remember once going outside the gate and I saw Natalie and Chichi standing at Natalie's gate and Chichi shouted something at me. I don't remember what it was but she definitely insulted. I can't forget that.
Now that you know who these two irritating and troublemakers are, we can get into the part where, it all goes wrong!
