When Sin awoke, he had the worst headache. Every muscle in his body burned as he realized this wouldn't be as easy as he thought.
Average Joe huh...
I need to learn more about what it does and doesn't affect.
To overcome the weakness, his only idea was to level up twice as much. However, there were too many unknowns—was there a level cap? How peaceful was this world, and what options were available? The only people he had been in contact with were the maid and some guards. He needed more information about this house.
Speaking of that there was this quest:

Reward: +5 CP and a boost to CP recovery rate
Failure: -10% recovery, -10 CP
Checking his status, he saw his CP had only recovered 75 percent of the way. If the notification last night was correct, CP is connected to his soul. Raising will become crucial; he also didn't want to know what would happen if it dropped to 0 again.
The problem was, no one was going to spill any information to a baby. Suddenly, Sin got an idea. Levitating out of the crib, he slowly crawled to the corner of the room. For some reason, even though he didn't feel like he had been alive for too long, he was growing quickly. Thinking back, his race was half-elf. He wondered if he aged quickly and then slowed down.
Crawling towards where Elfa hid her snacks, he had a plan—using the water cooler trick. No matter how dedicated the employee, the opportunity to slack off around refreshments never fails. Besides Elfa had gotten too comfortable. The stage was set in the hall. Sin had memorized the guards' patrol patterns.
The soldiers of this manor usually patrolled alone, but there was one group of guards that walked together. He had heard the guard captain yell at them a bunch. He knew best; if given a chance to slack off, you always took it. He was a security guard in his past life, after all.
Just like clockwork, he heard the clatter of armor. He was listening near the door—if they stopped to gossip, then he could complete the quest.
"Huh," the sound of the armor stopped. "Who left all this litter?" Sin was shocked; this was the worst possible scenario. It wasn't the usual guards that slacked off; it was Blyne, the captain of the guards. Can this still work?
There was silence.
"Are those the Kangro Koos my wife has been looking for? And this, the extra rare Wyvern Bourbon. Who knew firing those fools would be worth it?"
He fired them? Makes sense, but is that enough to clear the quest? For some reason, he doubted it.
Blyne was rambling but suddenly paused. "This stuff is worth more than three months' wages. Who would leave this here?" Blyne gripped his sword. "Did those guards seduce a maid to leave it here not knowing or..." His attention drew towards the nearest door.
Sin was a step ahead; he instantly started levitating towards his crib.
To Blyne, his day-to-day life had been a bore. The reasons he became a soldier had long been forgotten He had taken this position long ago but he wished to use his sword.
but the world was too peaceful. He entered the room and was disappointed; no one was waiting. "Tsk."
Sin heard the blade being sheathed, but he still didn't leave. He let out a cry to pretend to be startled.
Blyne started approaching the crib, closer until he was hovering over it. "Sin, that was an appropriate name for you."
What does he mean?
"Loved not by your mother and a bumbling father who can barely protect you," his face stretched to a devious grin. "Maybe I don't feel so bad for what I have to do."

This is bad. Was I born into a drama? He could only laugh. God, you're a jokester.
He was already here, and there was no turning back.
Using the last bit of CP he had, he started stretching the telekinesis skill outside the room, smashing a bottle. He had spent time testing the limits of the skill. It had an option to assign objects to a slot, and then it consumed less of the skill minimizing the effects of Average Joe, making it barely OP.
Hearing the noise, Blyne stopped. "Oh right, I don't have to rush anything; there's a process to things after all." He walked away whistling.
He really questioned the judgment of his father, the blue, and his judgment of personalities—that's two strikes!
But this made him wonder more about the world he'd been reincarnated into. What kind of life makes one so bloodthirsty?
He was pretty confident about passing the quest. Popping open the window, he saw a cleared screen.

Closing the screen, he saw another notification pop up.

Sin was shocked; this bonus was more than expected. But what's this?

This is a big boost. It also seems like the more a skill evolves, the more Average Joe won't affect me!
[Pulse] Suddenly, his heart started pounding. Synchronization of soul beginning download. Personality traits and habits are currently unlockable. Attaching.
Sin started to lose consciousness. This isn't good if that captain comes back! He had no choice but to give in.
The world became dark, but for some reason, he didn't feel alone; he felt a presence watching him. There were multiple eyes.
"Let me tell you a story" Sin couldn't tell where the voice was coming from but it reverberated throughout the space
Sin wanted to say something but he wasn't able to move his mouth
The voice continued "About man. Everyone wants to be the strongest in the world at one point, and if not, we all crave to master something. But where does that start?
"I'll tell you: in the womb, in the battle for nutrients. The Soul of a Regressor always perseveres
but what if there are two.
There are many cases of twins that don't make it, but what happens to the soul of the one who dies? Fades away? No. The child absorbed it. The one who devours all: Cain." is this the voice of the Star Of Drama?
The space started to glitch and shatter like glass as a dark mist started to seep in.
It started to take shape in the form of a person
"Finally we can meet face to face"

"Gasp" What was that? His sheets were drained with sweat. That person he encountered—he never felt such malice. What could create such a being?

His heart pulsed; he felt like his body was different. Before, when he controlled his body, it felt like he had to scrape together his conscience and force his body to move. Now, it was like a ceiling was lifted. He was able to think more clearly. So, the system can do something like this!
It was all starting to make sense; he had tried before to remember his past, but all his attempts yielded nothing. It's possible that if he continues to, upgrade CP and gather soul fragments.
But was it better to remember? He was confused; why did the screen ask? There's no turning back, but after seeing a glimpse of the path ahead, he wondered if something that should have stayed hidden had been unlocked.
