Chapter 87: Her new life

After their moments, Damien finally left for his school and Isla sighed in melancholy as she missed her bundle of joy.

''I have to see Lance today.'' She murmured as she took notes of the flowers that had finished in the shop.

Just like she wished and planned for years ago, she fulfilled that desire and now she owned a small land that was just for her flowers.

However, getting the money for the land was not easy. Since the empress settled almost everything she needed to live in the village, she hid the pieces of jewelry for emergency use only and worked for the money that she needed for the land. 

It was not easy and enjoyable. Her son was a baby and she, as a former noble, was not used to hard labor. Everything was new to her. Nevertheless, as a person with a modern first life, she knew just how much parents worked to provide money for their children's education.
