Chapter 311: Listen To Me, Mr. 'Injured' Liu

Liliana and Lucas arrived at the cafe a little over eight. The night was still early.

From the glass window, they could see that half of the main dining area got occupied by patrons. Even the tables outside had people sitting there to enjoy dinner.

"Let's get in through the backdoor," said Liliana once they got out of the cab.

"Okay," Lucas readily agreed. He didn't tell her that he simply thought to head upstairs instead of going inside the cafe.

Lucas glanced at his left palm up to his wrist. A bandage was wrapped neatly there, hiding his injuries.

Hurm, the others would see this without fail. 

Lucas followed Liliana from behind as they made their way to the backyard. She opened the backdoor and glanced at him before walking through the entrance.

There was Mrs. Fu standing opposite the stove. Grayson was putting the plates on the tray, ready to be delivered to the waiting customers outside.
