Chapter 90: A Walk

With my hands inside my pocket, after leaving those words inside the room, Ferdinand and I didn't utter a single word. 

We're currently walking outside the mansion were staying at which is connected to the king's palace and the royal family's chamber that is surrounded by thousands of Kingsguard. As long as someone is within it, they would be safe.

Even so, I was getting nervous.

'Is he waiting for me to reply? Does he want me to tell my opinion about what he said even though I can't get enough? The world? What's wrong with it? It doesn't matter what was happening to Carovil or Argon right now, we're going to face huge and terrifying creatures at the end of the year. Don't lead this to that conversation, please…'

My thoughts are going crazy just by those mere words he left earlier. Of course, eradicating the Saviours and keeping Carovil in check is the top priority as of now but all of it will disappear in the face of true terror.
