Chapter 189: Captain Roland; dream for a higher rank

Both planes activated combat mode as a precautionary measure after receiving the warning from the CC. Engaging with an overlord was suicide. Especially in its domain. Had it been a fighter jet equipped with lethal weapons meant for such creatures, then it might not have generated such big actions from the CC.

Roland, who sat behind the pilot and co-pilot of the second plane frowned, should this beast move past them, then they would be lucky, but should it attack, there might be casualties.

They were nowhere near the drop zone, and there was already a problem. Roland couldn't figure out an accurate response to the message, as the beast species was unknown.

"Let's go higher and at full speed. We need to pass that point before it arrives. " 

The pilots of both planes understood his plans and fully cooperated. The speed of both planes slowly increased and so did its vibrating hum. Both planes moved side by side with the dark clouds below them.
