Chapter 2: Pokemon: Legends Medieval
Chapter 1:
Bellator strode into the bustling Pokemon Pub in Salus Town, his faithful Infernape clutched in his arms. His black armor gleamed in the dim light, and his face was set in a grim expression. The pub was filled with an assortment of people and Pokemon, but Bellator paid no attention to them as he made his way to the back room where he knew he would find Laeita.
Laeita was a powerful and mysterious woman, rumored to have abilities that went beyond any of her kind. She was also an old friend of Bellator's, though they hadn't seen each other in many years. As Bellator entered the room, Laeita turned to face him, her eyes widening in surprise at the sight of her old friend.
"Bellator, it's been ages," she exclaimed, rising from her seat. "What brings you here?"
"I need your help, Laeita," Bellator replied, his voice low and urgent. "Infernape is injured, and he needs your healing right now.
Laeita nodded gravely, motioning for Bellator to set Infernape down on a nearby table. She found a small vial of healing potion from one of her cupboards and carefully administered it to the wounded Pokemon while softly chanting words only those in her coven would know how to say. Bellator watched anxiously as Infernape's wounds began to heal and he regained his strength.
"Who is the one that did this to Infernape?" Laeita said, turning her attention back to Bellator.
"His name is Temerarious, he and his Greninja did this," Bellator replied. Their strength was unlike anything I'd ever seen, we were no match for them."
Laeita frowned thoughtfully. "Coming from you, that sounds serious," she said slowly.
Bellator nodded, looking down at Infernape. "I must find him and stop him, for I fear he may be a part of a coming threat," he said firmly. "Is there anyone here who may have some information on him?"
Laeita gave him a knowing look. "There is someone who might know, a man by the name of Mertenes. He, unfortunately, isn't here right now, however, last I heard he was near Monalis Village."
"Very good then, looks like I'm going to Monalis Village," Bellator exclaimed as helped Infernape to his feet. "Would you be so kind as to accompany me on this journey?"
"I thought you'd never ask," Laeita said smirkingly. "When do we leave?"
