Chapter 198: Estel ~ Leylines {2}

Estel stood before the strange portal eyeing it with curious eyes.

"Did I open this? Or is it connected to me?" She mumbled before walking closer to it but made no attempts to go in, her eyes instantly caught something and it was the strange writings on the trees that held this portal. She knows this language and she has seen it in the books from the library, it was an ancient language.

"Leylines?" she said reading it. "But I thought this connection can never be made, then why is it responding to me?" she tilted her head to the side with folded arms. She knew from the books that Leylines were invisible, mystical 'energy lines...' and no one have ever seen them or seen them connect before, it was so ancient.

"There must be a reason right? Maybe I should tell Mommy or Papa?"

And then she pictured their response.

"Never go there again, you hear me? it could be dangerous and you could be hurt sweetheart" her mommy would say.
