There are 2 reasons.
First is that his future sight has pointed to some companies.
Second point is that after felt that those companies has prospect Vicky did a small research.
Well Vicky gave a galleon to the house elf and asked it to bring some relevant materials for study.
They are easy to get with the help of a house elf.
Showing that materials that house elf brought over, Vicky spoke about the future development of the muggle world.
This evidence was checked by Yemaya for some time finally coming to the conclusion that Vicky is right.
Since it is like that is not bad to invest in the muggle world.
If in the future they really had a war with the muggle world then they can jump on either side.
So she accepted Vicky's advice and decided to invest in the companies that Vicky spoke tomorrow.
Since Vicky is still a child, she will act as his guardian to custody of shares that Vicky buys.
On the next day they went out again leaving Blaise at home.
By the time it is after noon, they have completed all the tasks they set out to.
The left over money is only 1000 galleons in Vicky's hands.
Well the companies are still in their starting stages.
Like the beverage company that produces soft drinks all over the world, that technological company that has just started its work.
That flight manufacturing company that is in loss right now…..
Similarly Vicky and Yemaya bought each 24 percent equity shares from the companies.
Everything was registered perfectly so there is no problem right now.
The only sad thing is that they have to wait for at least 10 years to see the profits and great progress.
Till then it will be like this.
Well Vicky doesn't care as he is going for the lottery again soon.
He has enough money to get by before he becomes rich and the money he has on hand is enough to simulate in the future.
With that he moved on to his next thing in the target.
That is learning wand movements.
Well he did not have a wand right now.
He can use the wand of Yemaya for practice.
Since the spells that he will be using are small there is no problem with using the wand of Yemaya.
What Vicky is going to practice is the small wand movements and small spells to understand the workings of magic with live practice.
Yemaya don't mind.
So Vicky did some live practice with her wand and then simulated about that using one gallon.
The main focus is fully on wand movements and spell casting.
He did not move to other procedures such as potions making, charms, transfiguration, curses, legilimency, occlumency....
This is his practice.
With that done he bought spending around 20 gold galleons.
Immediately he got some extra skills in his status panel.

With the extra skills Vicky started to practice using the wand of Yemaya.
To learn more and improve his skills to higher levels,
Vicky can make a conservative estimate that Dumbledore has his spell casting skill and other skills close to level 100.
But there are skills that one can be good at and one can be bad at.
This differentiates between the wizards.
The level of the related skill can decide the effectiveness of the spell.
So this is what Vicky wanted to develop before entering the school.
Well his target is not that but legilimency and occlumency.
There is this old fox Dumbledore at Hogwarts that Vicky has to be vigilant about.
He doesn't want Dumbledore to get his memories or thoughts.
That is his main goal before going to Hogwarts.
In the previous simulation he saw that he got a letter to join Hogwarts along with Blaise.
He still got just that amount of time.
On the very next day Vicky asked Yemaya to get the books related to legilimency and occlumency.
He mainly wanted to study them for gaining protection.
After Vicky explained it to her and told about Dumbledore or other people might find his origins related to bloodline.....
This made her think twice and decided to teach Vicky and let him learn legilimency and occlumency.
Well if Vicky really is a normal kid with only 9 years of age then he might not be able to learn these skills.
But his mind belongs to an old assassin that saw through life and death.
He has danced at the edge of the knife for many years.
The reason why the skill related to his memory and analysis skills are improving at such a rate is because of this very reason.
Other skills related to body and physical requires actions for a long time to improve along with his age.
Well how much can he improve with his short simulations?
Every time the cost of progress becomes costly while the amount of progress decreases.
The reason why the system uses money for simulation is because money is the embodiment of both good and bad side of any creature.
Money is the cumulative of all their desires, wants and wishes at the same time money is the source of greed, pride and lust.
So the money contains the same energy that wizards are using as the source to wield magic.
That is emotions.
That is the reason why system is using money to simulate.
Within a weak all the money that Vicky saved up is gone.
Well he did make some rapid progress in occlumency and legilimency.
He got the basics of the two skills.
Well they are spells but they became skills because of their usability in many places….
