Chapter 9: Forcing Yusuke to Tell Keiko everything. Hiei Fight.
-On the roof of sarayashiki High school-
-8AM Next day-
-on the roof.-
"... and That's why Kurama is released under probation!" Botan finishes her incredibly long winded and spirit-legalize-ridden explanation.
Yusuke deadpans and I just keep leaning against the fence. He immediately changes the subject.
"Man, if you didn't heal me after fighting gouki, I'd be limping around for 6 more months! how did you do that anyway?" He asks.
Botan takes the change of subject with grace. "It's just basic healing. All assigned advisors for Spirit detective teams can easily do it, although I am the only one active in japan."
I interrupt, "Wait, I thought there was only us for earth."
Botan bursts out in laughter, "You think this dolt and just you can handle all the problems for the entire planet? Maybe keep that ego in check Zachary! America alone has 4 teams!" She just keeps laughing as I stare at her blankly.
"I get it, okay, not the only spirit detectives. I get it! It's not that funny." I grumble.
This is definitely different than canon, but it makes more sense than Yusuke having to handle every demon on the planet.
I shrug, as Keiko suddenly opens the door to the roof and walks over. "Yusuke! you haven't turned in your book assignment! It's important that you have good grades-" she then notices botan still giggling off to the side while I stare at her with a deadpan.
"Hey, Yusuke who's this." she asks suspiciously.
He walks forward and hugs Keiko, as she wraps her arms around him as well. "Well, I'm the only one working so I think I have the right to skip a few assignments." He grins at his stupid excuse.
"Hey, I did the report and, I'm working for that very same orginization, which you are going to tell Keiko all about right the fuck now before I tell her about what happened yesterday. kapeche?" I grin maliciously.
"You fucking wouldn't!" Yusuke shouts.
I flash-step next to him and say "I absolutely would."

Did I just invent flash-step for this universe just to make a point.
You bet your ass I did.
Yusuke opens his mouth but nothing comes out.
"Yusuke, I know that weird stuff happens around you. I hope you'll tell me everything soon. but I wont force you. Because I love you." Keiko says as Yusuke looks away, conflicted
He then immediately caves and tells her everything.
after Keiko faints, twice, having to explain it 3 times. she finally understands the situation.
the bell rings, and I say, "I think i've skipped enough for today, gotta keep them grades up Yusuke. See ya later."
Botan follows after me. "The next assignment is incredably dangerous," she starts off, "if we aren't careful, both of you can die. I'll tell Yusuke about it after this but I need to explain this to you as well."

"Sorry." I say, reigning i my new strength.
I then pull up my status as I sit down in my seat.

my flip-phone rings and I pick it up. "Yusuke is on his own! Rushing to save Keiko from the latest assignment! You need to go after him!" Botan screeches from the other end .
"Got it! what direction!?" I Reply, a little nervous.
After all Hiei Killed me last time we met.
"By the dockside warehouses!"
I grin, "I know the place!"
I try something new, turning on a dime, I reinforce my entire body with spiritual energy.

I then start flash stepping towards the docks and the warehouses within, while keeping my senses open for spiritual energy.
I find them almost immedaitely. I bash a hole through the metal reinforced gate and take in the situation.
Kurama is Throwing a rose-whip towards Hiei's sword and is about to be impaled while protecting Yusuke, who is wrapped up in energy-chains.
Before Kurama can be stabbed, I Kick Hiei in the big eye in the middle of his face.

"ARGH! MY EYE! MY MYSTICAL JAGAN EYE! YOU SMASHED MY EYE!"
The eyes around his body fade as blood and bits of eye goop slops down his face. His forehead seems a bit mangled.
He falls to one knee.
"Bitch, I'm gonna let you live long enough to train Yusuke to not be so weak. so get to fighting." I say.
"HEY! Can't we just finish him off? You have to help Keiko! she's transforming into a demon. The antidote is in the hilt!"I rush over to the sword, and break the hilt off the sword. I squeeze it into the forming shadow-eye over Keiko's forehead and it sizzles out of existance. at the same time. Keiko relaxes, unconscious.
Hiei's form keeps flickering between the green multi-eye form, and his normal one.
Yusuke is wailing on him at this point.
"Yusuke, I healed the Keiko with the antidote!" I grin.
"Let's finish this bastard then!" Yusuke shouts.
Kurama, and I then start hammering Hiei from all sides. battering him.
I break his arm with a kick, and his jaw with an elbow "eww bwasyard!" Hiei Slurs, his jaw shattered.
I let him stew in rage.
"yew uine ewying! i wans! aww omah wans! uines!!(You ruined everything! MY PLANS! all of my PLANS! RUINED!)"
"Well, think about your 'wans' in hell!" I mock, as I kick his head off his shoulders!
