Chapter 59: "Something is awry here. We must investigate"

"This is the bathroom. We use wastewater for flushing toilets, and the crew's waste goes directly into the ocean," Kip Tum explained, "This is the kitchen, and behind it is the cold storage. Most of the food inside is canned; we usually store enough food for half a year. Fresh vegetables and meat are harder to preserve, so we have fewer. Look over there—that's the recreation room."

He stopped in front of a door with a dartboard on it and pushed it open with a smile, "See, we can play card games or billiards here. The gym is next to the recreation room, where the crew can work out. Sailing the ocean can be quite boring, so we need to find some interesting things to do; otherwise... people can go crazy."

Although Captain Kip Tum was smiling as he said the last sentence, his grinning face with gleaming white teeth somehow looked very... twisted to Jonathan.

"The environment here is pretty nice," Robert remarked, "All the facilities seem to be brand new."
