After Fox carried Jonathan into the Spatial Vortex, he saw Night Cicada inhaling oxygen from a mask, his face as white as a ghost, and he was expelling more air than he was taking in.

Red threw the unconscious Grolberna on the ground, sneezed twice, walked over to Night Cicada, and observed him, "Damn, is it really that bad? How can you be so weak? How many times have you opened the portal? It wasn't like this before."

This was a bright, spacious room filled with medical equipment. Blackflame was nowhere to be seen. Clearly, Night Cicada had transported him to a more secure, well-guarded cell.
