"I would like to offer you the position of the Crown Prince's governess," He proposed to me.

My eyes widened in surprise. "Governess?" I repeated out loud. As in Serena's former position?

"Yes, I've been looking for a replacement ever since I dismissed Lady Serena however, it's been difficult considering there's no telling who might be against the Prince's...humble birth." He said choosing his words carefully. "You are the only person who has helped the Prince genuinely despite that and I feel the Crown Prince is willing to trust you considering you've made such an impression on him."

"I don't really think I've made that much of an impression on the Crown Prince." I nervously laughed. I felt he over praising me.
