In the northern part of a continent, a long-standing battle between various races and the demon race has finally reached its conclusion. The Demon Lord, Apophis, a figure with black hair, red eyes, and two horns, rules from her obsidian palace, having repeatedly defeated the Goddess, the strongest being in the world. However, Apophis refrains from killing the Goddess, knowing she will only be reborn to lead another attack.
As the Goddess kneels before Apophis, badly injured and helpless, the sounds of explosions echo outside, signaling the imminent victory of the Alliance. Despite her immense power, Apophis acknowledges the demon race's overall weakness compared to humans and the Alliance. The development of the Fighting Spirit technique has allowed ordinary humans to fight individual demons, leading to the demon army's defeat.
Apophis, aware of the Alliance's intent to enslave the demon race, decides to cast a forbidden spell that will cost her life. As the Alliance forces storm the palace, they hesitate upon sensing the spell's energy. Apophis vows to resist and be reborn to save her people.
Meanwhile, the Goddess reflects on Apophis's past treatment of her and acknowledges her respect for the Demon Lord's dedication to her people. As Apophis prepares to cast the spell, the Goddess asks if she can abandon her plan and live freely. Apophis, however, feels duty-bound to restore the demon race's glory and protect her people.
The Goddess, understanding Apophis's resolve, readies her sword, intending to clash with Apophis's forbidden spell. The resulting explosion creates a mushroom cloud, marking the end of the conflict and the start of a new era. The Demon Lord and the Goddess become historical figures, their stories occasionally told.

luv this story, I can see where alot of the elements of influence you mentioned come into play, I think you used them well and added a good blend of your own self to it to really give it a life of its own while still giving up the tropes we all love from these stories!!
I enjoy it very much so far at 54 chapter in. However, I don’t really see the title or synopsis correlating to the actual plot at all.
After reading more than a half of the available chapters might as well leave a review. Long story short it's one of my favourite novels on this app. The characters are really well written, have their own thoughts and reach different conclusions because of that. The impact their actions have on a world is explained and shown from different perspectives which makes them even more interesting. Overall I highly recommend this novel.
Reminds me of Villains need to save the world with no harem.. disappointing 🤣... Also so far the "antagonists" is her subordinates which is interesting
I have no idea why this book doesn’t have a whole lot more views and comments and such, but this is one of the best written and most interesting concept books I’ve read on this platform. Though they are correct about being bad at writing a synopsis, we are 262 chapters in and we haven’t actually fully resolved what is stated in the synopsis. But it’s still really good with very consistent and plentiful uploads.
An excellent story. Characters are all fun, and gets better over time. Great comedy, with sprinkles of action, drama, tension etc etc. The yuri is very much there. There's a bit too much text fillers (like alot of previous chapter as start of next chapter, too much character descriptions) but its all minor issues really. I'd say this is an absolute must read story.
The 'goddess' in the 4th chap disdains the 'male lead', while also telling the MC that when he sees the 'female lead', he'll get the [feeling] (Note: MC was still male at the time). There's also no mention of the MC needing to be 'killed', just needs to help the protagonist group grow. Maybe the goddess is into yuri and paired her 'daughter of destiny' to the final boss? There's also the fact that the female lead can absorb the MC's shadow power. It's like finding a suitable spouse for their kid. Anyway, the novel is really great! Just that I have to be extremely patient and stock up on the chaps before reading them all in one go. And the bombshell of a revelation that the MC might have gotten a physical body more than eight hundred years ago is shocking. The twist is great! I love it! I hope the Sacred Dragon King accepts the body and reveal this information. I also speculate that the one who made the scars on the first son was the MC in her out-of-control state and not the eldest daughter. The mysteries keep on piling up. I can't wait for the arc where the MC and her youngest go to the academy with the female lead. To sum everything up, it's a great story. Thumbs up to the author!

quite liking this story but I'm hoping our lovely MC stops/ or at least catches on to the fact her "children" betray her every chance they get...she showers them with love and they do nothing but lie and betray her....it is sad to see that they all get away with it with no recompense :(

very fun read ... .. I wouldn't say the story is too impressive but. .. it's good enough to satisfy me ,I'll give it five star cus I personally like it and enjoy it it's a bit more on the funny side and I like the warm moments and interactions too .
Wow! this story is truly something, the plot, the characters, the world building, the comedy, and with amazing update, all 5/5 . but that tragedy tag scares me....

A top-notch female-led novel that captivated me from the very first chapter! The story's development is superb, and the dynamic between the MC and the female lead, along with her children, is truly amusing. The plot is exceptionally well-written, making it a true gem.

Read up to chapter 100 so far and really enjoying it. Love the interactions between our FL and her family although the tragedy tag scares me. Hopefully nothing happens to them
This story is a merged plot between Overlord and Eminence in Shadow - I'm not sure how true this is, but what can be said with certainty is that the story definitely does not hook you from the first chapters as the above-mentioned works... Well, chapter 1 is more or less reminiscent of all the anime about the reincarnation of the hero and the demon lord, but Yuri style. It's okay. But then 10 chapters about nothing. Just random events and battles... Seriously, the fact that the author uses endless Povs of insignificant characters does not magically make the story an Overlord... well, whatever. And then I realized that it was genderbender. And although the author wrote something in the comments that because soul has changed, then in theory it can be considered Yuri... Well, the author can consider whatever they wants, but for me MC will always be remembered as a formerly guy. Summing all that up, I, unfortunately, have to drop this...
I started reading this novel because I liked the other book by this author, but (spoiler) unfortunately I gave up after I realized that the protagonist would become a woman :(. There could have been a better indication that this would happen. It gave me hope and then crushed it until it became nothing .

This is one of the best fl novels I've read love how it progresses bu what happened to the other daughter of the fl when limo raided the galros fortres in the galros fortress arc she wasn't mention even once which is strange
