While hearing these absurd things I slowly opened my eyes. I was still under the tree, but it has become evening now. The sun had, no, can I still call it a sun ? It didn't look that different to me.
I had also lost the hunger and thirst I had before I closed my eyes. And it felt like I've regained all my energy.

That voice almost sounded robotic. And a guide huh. Looks like he really want me to live. And I remember hearing "immortality" while I was in my dizzy state.

I wasn't really that surprised. Since I'm already in the bizzare situation of being reincarnated, I don't think anything that's gonna come along would surprise me.

All your skills have levels, meaning you gain level by using it often, as you reach level 10, the skill will evolve to a more powerful version of it. I'm sure you've already heard about this before.
And now comes immortality, which I couldn't complete with my explanation,
Just as the others immortality also comes with levels and upgrades, and you know how the level up for this one works)
"I'll need to die again and again to level up"

The immortality you have right now is the basic one, level 1, even though I say it like this, immortality is something that is rare among normal human beings. And the one's with actual immortality aren't even human.
This immortality keeps the user alive, an obvious thing. For now I can only tell you about what you can have in your first levels.
It activates only when the user is dead. No other injuries will trigger this skill, even fatal wounds won't matter, you'll still be alive as long as you're not completely dead)
"You sound really friendly for someone with a robotic voice"

My life had taken a different turn. In all obvious ways, it is different than what I had before, but I still have my worries. My name is Hashis Zen, 19 years old, college student. Sorry for the late introduction, after seeing and experiencing all these bizzare stuff, stating my name seemed like the least bit of the isssue.
For someone who thought about life as nothing but a complete waste, this was something new. My life was too normal for someone with the wildest imaginations. I always seen myself as a waste of existence or a waste of space. Why do exist? What is my purpose? I couldn't find the answer for that. Even as a believer in god I, my faith wasn't so strong, no, I had high respect towards god. But the only thing I didn't like about him was the fact that he made me. Well he made everyone, but I always think that if me existing was worth it. You always see quotes and stuff like "you are the reason someone is smiling right now", Yeah - Yeah I know, but If I had never existed, in that place it could have been someone else. So what's your importance there. I couldn't see any.
Well in any case it was time to sleep, maybe I'll die, maybe I won't.
It didn't really matter much to me. And dying from having hypothermia, I'll just consider that as a new experience. I'm gonna come back anyway!! That guarantee was enough to calm me down on the "You'll die from having hypothermia!!" thing.
