Chapter 5: EMPEROR COLLEGE
THREE DAYS LATER
Diana woke up happy today, she got up from the mat and get her day started.
"It is my first day in college, I must not miss my first class. "She muttered before leaving the room to tidy up the house and prepared breakfast.
Luckily Celine and her daughter have not woken up yet, so, Diana set the dining table before rushing back to her room.
She came out of her room a few minutes later in an oversize gown and bathroom slippers. She packs her hair in a ponytail as usual.
She walked into the sitting room with a bright smile on her face. She sights her stepmother and her sister eating in the dining, chatting happily as they kept digging the food together.
"Good morning. "Diana said immediately after getting to the dining.
Daisy and her mother looked at each other, it did not take long before they burst into uncontrollable laughter, while Diana only look at them, wondering what when wrong.
Daisy glared at Diana's dress and burst into another uncontrollable laugh.
Diana's dress code looked really funny to her which makes her laugh every time she looked at her dress.
She was putting on an oversize long gown which belong to her mother, with bathroom slippers, and she was backing a worn-out school back which make her look more horrible.
Claire on the other hand, secretly admired Diana. She's even a little bit attractive when putting on ugly clothe.
"Where are you going to?" Claire asked, glaring angrily at her.
"I got an admission to Emperor college, and am starting today. "She replied and Daisy's laughter turn into anger. She attends Emperor's college and she hates the idea of Diana attending the same college as her.
"Are you joking?" She asked in fury, while Diana shake her head sideways.
"No way, Mum!! I can not allow an ugly thing like this to attend the same college as I do, Mum, she can't attend Emperor college. "Daisy said hitting the table in anger while some food fell on the floor.
"Bye. "Diana said and turn to leave.
"And where did you think you are going!! when you have a lot of work to do?" Celine asked with an evil smirk. She knew Diana had done all she need to do at home, but she will not allow her to go.
"I'm done with my work. "She replied boldly.
"You think so?" She asked with an evil smirk, and Diana nodded her head slowly.
"Well, you have many clothes to wash. "She said, smiling evilly.
Diana kept pacing in the backyard. She stares at the bound of clean clothes on the floor and then at the one in her hand.
"How on earth did Celine expect me to wash this plenty of clothes? she must be joking, hum!! how can I rewash clean clothes?" She asked no one in particular.
She scoffed and threw the clothes on the floor in anger.
"I hate you, Daisy!!
"I hate you more Celine!!
'Gosh!! I hate them both. "She added and an idea pop into her mind.
She smiles happily and rushes to get a big bowl.
She found herself fetching water from the tap with a big bowl, and before she knew it, she was rinsing the clothes and hanging them at a time. In no time, she was done.
She smirked as she pick up her bag secretly, and sneak out of the house.
She heaved a sigh of relief immediately after she got off the house. Since the college is a bit far from their mansion, she took her heels and started running.
EMPEROR COLLEGE
Emperor college is the biggest and the most popular college in the Latco kingdom.
The college is mainly for rich and high-class students,
only a few commoners are lucky to attend and that is through scholarship which is once in a while.
Molly Anderson is the founder of the college she always gave out scholarships to commoners once in a while.
Many expensive cars of different brands enter the building. They kept stopping at the park of the building and rich students kept stepping out of the car.
There are many students around the building. Some were standing, some were chatting happily, and others were walking.
Diana enter the building and every attention turn to her.
They stare at her dresses and started smoking her. Diana decided to ignore them since it was not her first time hearing bad comments about her face and dress.
# Where on earth is she coming from?
# I think she's from the underworld!!
# She is too ugly and her dress worst the situation!!
# She must be a new cleaner!!
# They don't employ someone like this here!!
# Gosh!! she's more than ugly!!
# I feel like puking on her!!
# Yuck!! her face is scary!!
Diana kept on walking as if she did not care about what they are saying.
She was still walking when she sights a girl that was standing alone, checking something out on her phone. She stop and walked toward the girl with her best puppy face.
"Hi. "She said but the girl ignore her.
"Can you please show me away to the HOD's office?" She asked and the girl hiss out loud before walking away from her.
After struggling for hours, she later finds a good samaritan that shows her the way to the HOD ( Head of the department) office.
AN HOUR LATER
Diana entered the lecture room nervously, and every attention turned to her.
"Miss, do you need help?" The female lecturer asked
"I am Diana Delton, a new student ma'am. "Diana replied.
# What the heck!!
# Don't tell me I will be sharing a class with a monkey!!
# I can't believe it!!
# Gosh!! I can't stay in the same class with this thing!!
# Yuck!! she looks disgusting!!
# She looked like a beggar!!
# What did you mean? a beggar is better than her!!
# Gosh!! see what she's putting on!!
"Silent!!" The lecturer yelled and the class became silent.
"Okay, Diana, find somewhere to sit. "She added and flash her a light smile and face the board.
Diana sat beside two guys but they ran away immediately and find another seat. Diana looks a little sad but faces the lecturer afterwards.
