Chapter 2: Mysterious Item
"Huft finally I'm not late." Baekyeon said when he got to school.
The man entered his class which still looked empty.
Of course the class is still empty, his friends are probably still sleeping at home considering it's still 7 in the morning where at 8 the new teaching and learning activities will start.
Baekyeon sits in the first row of seats right in front of the teacher, it's only natural because he is one of the smartest students in this school.
Besides, no one wanted to sit in front of the teacher so they all told Baekyeon to sit on it.
If you think about it, Baekyeon didn't come from a rich family but why was Baekyeon accepted in this school?
Especially if it wasn't for the scholarship.
Therefore, Baekyeon will not waste the scholarship he has earned so hard.
While waiting for class to start Baekyeon took his glasses which he accidentally left in the locker.
Baekyeon felt comfortable wearing the glasses that were now perched on her tall nose, he found these glasses in her locker as well as a uniform that didn't know whose.
His eyes are now looking happily at the uniform he found in the locker, it looks clean and new. Baekyeon is very grateful to the person who gave this uniform to her.
Baekyeon's smile grew wider when she remembered the incident that made her lose her favorite glasses.
Why did Baekyeon smile when his favorite glasses were gone?
"I'm sure, these glasses and uniform are for me. If not for me why does the size fit perfectly on my body. This must be a gift from Suyeon." Baekyeon muttered while closing the locker again.
Why did Baekyeon think that the two items were gifts from Suyeon? What happened?
Who knows.
After taking her glasses, Baekyeon decided to go to the library while waiting for her classmates to arrive.
You need to know that until now Baekyeon doesn't have many friends except Daejong, Daejong is the same as Baekyeon because they are scholarship recipients.
However, Daejong's life was better than Baekyeon's from an economic perspective.
Baekhyun went into the library and looked for the book he hadn't finished reading yesterday.
After struggling with the book for a long time, Baekyeon headed to class because the bell had already rung.
Arriving at class, Baekhyun saw his friends had arrived including Daejong.
"Baekyeon-a." the bespectacled man who was sitting right behind Baekyeon's seat waved towards Baekyeon who had just arrived in class.
Baekhyun sat on his seat. The man who called Baekyeon earlier was Daejong, Baekyeon's friend and best friend.
"Baekyeon, have you done the assignment given by Yuri Saem yesterday?" Daejong asked.
Baekyeon shook her head, "I haven't had time to do it yet, Dae. I guess it's tomorrow because I have to borrow the textbook at the library. You know that I can't afford to buy that very expensive package." Baekyeon took her book and put it on the table.
"Is that so. I have the book. If you want you can borrow my book. I'll bring it tomorrow, ok? Incidentally I've finished working on it so you can borrow it." Daejong said making an offer and Baekyeon looked considerate.
"Can I borrow your package book, Dae?"
"Of course you can, Baekyeon-a. Didn't I already tell you."
Baekyeon smiled at Daejong, "Okay. If I can borrow your package book, please bring it tomorrow."
Daejong nodded "By the way, Baek. Do you still like Suyeon?"
Baekyeon covered Daejong's mouth, "Sssstt keep your voice down, Dae. I'm afraid someone will hear it."
"What if the other friends find out." continued Baekyeon who still faithfully covered Daejong's mouth.
"Mmpphhh." Daejong tried to rebel by slapping Baekyeon's hand which was still covering her mouth.
Baekyeon quickly removed his hand from Daejong's mouth.
"So it's true you still like Suyeon?" asked Daejong again in a low voice like a whisper.
Baekyeon just kept silent without intending to answer his friend's question.
"Just admit it, Baek." Daejong nudged Baekhyun's arm intending to tease.
"After yesterday's incident, you still like him?"
After hearing Daejong's question, Baekyeon pensively remembering the incident a few days ago where he made Suyeon very angry.
Flash back
Baekhyun was walking in the school corridor after leaving the library, his right hand was busy arranging the books he was carrying because it was a little messy so that he didn't realize he had hit someone's body.
His upper body was wet from being splashed with drinking water brought by the person he had just accidentally hit.
With a feeling of fear Baekyeon raised her face to see who the person he just bumped into was.
How happy Baekyeon was because the person she bumped into was Choi Suyeon, the person he always admired for what that girl did.
But his joy didn't last long, because he remembered that he had just bumped into the beautiful girl and the drink that Suyeon brought finally spilled.
Now Baekyeon's feelings were between fear and nervousness, Baekyeon was very afraid that Suyeon would be angry because he had spilled the drink that the girl brought.
And Baekyeon felt nervous because he could stare at Suyeon at a very close distance, considering that all this time Baekyeon could only admire Suyeon's beauty from afar even though they were in the same class.
They are in the same class, but the distance between them is very far.
"Hey if you walk use your eyes!" Suyeon's loud voice made Baekyeon flinch and wake up to her real life after a long daydreaming of seeing Suyeon's beauty.
"S-sorry." Baekyeom stared into Suyeon's firm round eyes.
"You dare look at me?!"
Baekyeon dropped her gaze on the school floor after Suyeon snapped at her again.
"You idiot!"
Somehow Suyeon's insult sounded like a breath of fresh air for Baekyeon.
Hey aware Baekyeon, you're called an idiot by Suyeon but you're smiling!
"Hey! I'm talking to you, idiot!"
Baekyeon looked at Suyeon again, "S-sorry, S-suyeon-ssi. I really didn't do it on purpose. Really, I'm sorry for bumping into you."
"Mck."
Baekyeon saw Suyeon folding his hands on his chest while looking at him sharply.
"D-do I need to replace your drink?"
Suyeon smiled when she saw Baekyeon who was looking at her with begging eyes to be forgiven, "Kneel down."
Baekyeon only obeyed to hear orders from Suyeon.
Not long after that Baekyeon felt the cold orange-scented water pouring over her head, it seemed like Suyeon poured her drink on Baekyeon's head.
And it's true that the water was from Suyeon, the beautiful girl poured the remaining water from her drink earlier on the head of Baekyeon who was kneeling in front of her.
Their friends gathered around Baekyeon and Suyeon.
They saw how despicable a Koo Baekyeon was.
"Suyeon-a, stop." prevent Kim Sejung, Suyeon's best friend.
The girl turned her gaze to Baekhyun who was still silent, "Baekyeon are you okay?" Kim Sejung asked to Baekyeon.
"Hey, idiot! You've made my mood very bad this morning." Suyeon threw a used plastic cup of drink towards Baekyeon who was still faithfully kneeling.
"S-sorry, Suyeon-ssi." that's what Baekyeon can say right now, he didn't expect Suyeon to be this angry at him.
Suyeon did not heed Baekyeon's apology, the beautiful girl threw away the book that Baekyeon brought and forcibly removed the glasses that Baekyeon was wearing and then stepped on them until they broke.
"Suyeon-a, enough. You've gone too far." im Tera, Suyeon's best friend, held her friend's hand to warn Suyeon.
Tera didn't want Suyeon to treat Baekyeon cruelly and tried to suppress her best friend's emotions.
Baekyeon stared at his glasses which had shattered into three pieces.
"I really don't like anyone disturbing my peace. And you dare to disturb my path!" Suyeon pointed at Baekyeon, "That's the consequence if you dare to disturb Kim Suyeon." Suyeon continued.
the beautiful girl looked at her friends then left Baekyeon with Sejung and Tera.
"Baekyeon-a, sorry for what Suyeon has done to you. Me and Sejung can't do anything." Tera said.
"You know yourself how Suyeon, right?" Sejung added, "Okay then me and Tera will follow Suyeon, we will persuade her to apologize to you."
Hearing that Baekyeon shook her head, "You don't need to persuade Suyeon to apologize to me. I'm fine."
"Sssttt, don't talk anymore. Hurry now, let's catch up with Suyeon." Sejung asked Tera.
Then Sejung and Tera immediately followed Suyeon who had walked ahead of them.
When Suyeon left, those who had previously gathered and witnessed the incident dispersed by themselves.
Did Baekyeon just become a spectacle for his friends?
Baekyeon smiled sadly seeing Suyeon's back who had disappeared behind his classroom door, there was a slight feeling of joy that spread in his heart because Baekyeon could see Suyeon's face at a very close distance.
Baekyeon is crazy!

"I saw with my own eyes how Suyeon treated you, Baek. I didn't expect a girl as beautiful as her to treat you like that. Since that incident I became afraid of Suyeon, Baek. But I'm surprised the next day in your locker there is a new uniform and glasses too. Who do you think those two items came from, Baek?" Daejong looked at Baekyeon for an answer.
Baekyeon met Daejong's gaze then shrugged his shoulders, "I don't know either, Dae. Could it be that the uniform and glasses were from Suyeon?"
And look at them exchanging glances now hahaha.
"Ah, you're making up, Baek. It's impossible if the two items are from Suyeon."
The lesson started but Baekyeon's focus was not on the material being explained by the teacher, the man instead looked at Kim Suyeon's bench.
The seat located in the back row near the class window looked empty indicating that the owner of the seat had not come or maybe Suyeon entered today.
Baekyeon tried to figure out where Suyeon had gone, but again Baekyeon realized his position.
They weren't that close for Baekyeon to be worried about Suyeon.
Baekyeon tried to focus on the material being explained by her teacher, but occasionally her eyes glanced at Suyeon's bench again hoping that the girl he adored was already sitting there.
"Baekyeon, can you answer the question I wrote on the board regarding function limits?"
"Yes, Saem (Teacher)"
"Then write your answers up front and you all pay attention to how Baekyeon answers the questions I gave." Lim Saem sat back down after giving the marker he used to write earlier to Baekyeon.
"Okay, Saem." All of Baekyeon's classmates started to pay attention to Baekyeon who was working on the questions given by her teacher on the blackboard.
Let's move on to Suyeon, where did that girl go so she wasn't in her class.

Sooyeon nodded her head.
"Miss' heart is very kind and gentle but you never show it in front of everyone except me. Uncle knows that very well." said Uncle Lee while driving the newest B** car.
Although Suyeon did not respond to his words but uncle Lee still smiled.
Suyeon is being cold but the girl is very kind and has a soft heart.
"Here we are, Miss." Said uncle Lee who had just stopped the car right in front of the Suyeon school gate.
"Don't say anything to the old lady." Suyeon said as he got out of his father's car.
She could see that the atmosphere at school was quiet, this indicated that the teaching and learning activities were already underway considering that it was already eight and fifteen minutes past.
Suyeon walked casually when passing several classes that had started learning.
The beautiful girl didn't feel like her footsteps were the center of attention when she passed each class.
"Haishh... I forgot that today there is that annoying teacher's subject." Suyeon muttered when looking at her classroom door which was closed tightly, indicating that the lesson had started.
With light steps Suyeon opened the classroom door roughly without knocking first.
When Baekyeon was working on a problem given by Lim Saem on the blackboard, her activities had to stop because someone opened her classroom door without permission and that person was...
