Chapter 18: Are You a Monster?
Homura was confused about what happened during the time he went to get the drinks. But no one paid attention to him. He went over to take a look, and everything became clear. It turned out that it was all because of the manga "Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun".
Just as he was about to say something, there was another burst of laughter.

Finally, looking at Megumi, Homura asked hesitantly, "Megumi, can I call you that?"
Upon hearing this, Megumi smiled and said, "Of course, Homura-kun!"
