Chapter 2: CH:2 Celestial Flame
A few miles away from the cave was the fire village, it was home to the fire clan it was situated within the boundless mountain range, surrounded on all sides by great peaks and ra be ravines. as the moonlight passed through the dyed clouds so showering down a sky blue radiance on the people coldly as they went about.
A well built middle aged man dressed in fine red robes sat crossed legged within courtyard,he had brown skin and fiery hair scattered down his shoulders. He was currently cultivating when he suddenly felt powerful spiritual energy coming from the forest,He stood up with a stern expression as he moved towards the direction of the energy.
MEANWHILE
Arthur who was in deep trouble started to cower in fear,with no where to run started searching for ways to escape whiles thinking his gaze fell upon the light he saw earlier.
He ran towards as he saw it ,the phoenix noticed his sudden movements as it saw where he was running to,it then started to chase him without hesitation. Arthur also ran as fast as he could .But failed to defend against the ball of fire the phoenix shot at him, as the ball of fire collided with the ground it exploded causing a huge explosion which sent Arthur flying towards the light but was burnt due to the heat.
He laid on the ground moaning from the wounds on his body,but suddenly he could feel the pain reduce as he laid beside the light which was rather blue flame. Arthur stood up slowly with luster in his eyes as the Flames ability to heal shocked him,he heard a cry as his attention was drawn back to the phoenix who looked even angrier.
"Damn you human don't you dare touch the celestial flame" Arthur was taken back when he heard the phoenix speak,he tried to speak to the phoenix but was met with a much bigger ball of fire which this was targeted towards him as the as the ball of fire hit him it caused an explosion. The phoenix was eager to find out want had happen but the dust blocked her sight after the dust cleared it saw that Arthur was still alive.
The middle aged man had finally arrived at cave,as he was about to enter he heard a loud explosion within the cave ,he ran inside to see what was happening only to find the phoenix and a teenage boy.
The middle aged man knelt down on one and greeted the phoenix.
" Greetings Lord Protector"
"Lu tan stay behind me"
The phoenix said with a worried expression as suddenly the celestial flame started to leak out of Arthur's body, as the flame covered his whole body he was still fine .The flame had been burning for a full hour until they both noticed something,his body was not absorbing spiritual energy which was needed for Arthur to obtain the celestial flame and control it.Lu tan looked at phoenix and said "lady Jia Yi what's wrong with the boy"to the phoenix whose name was Jia Yi replied Lu tan
"His spiritual core is destroyed maybe that's why he can't absorb spiritual energy,I will need to do something"
Jia Yi walked towards him as she drops blood on his chest ,Jia Yi's blood began to absorb the celestial flame as the blood had made it's way towards Arthur's spiritual core.
As the flame was being absorbed it was also healing his broken core and was also reforming his body to make it strong enough to host the celestial flame, after a few hours lighting began to course through his whole body as he had awakened his innate ability,the process was completed as the celestial flame was absorbed causing Arthur's whole appearance to change he looked much more handsome and looked much healthier as his golden her now turned red.
Both Jia Yi and Lu tan were surprised by this development as Jia Yi told Lu tan to take him as a disciple ,and without hesitation agreed he then took him back to the village for recovery as he had fainted.
