Chapter 29: Poseidon's budding feelings

" Don't do it like that!", I said sternly at Jalter who sighed helplessly, it has been two weeks since I returned from the singularity and I have decided to train this time more than before, at least till I have mastered Magic up to 10th Tier and Martial Arts to Intermediate level, other than that since I have a subordinate and possible future wife candidate, I have decided to train her as well.
She isn't fitted for Martial arts at all, the weapons she primarily uses are a sword hanging by her waist and her Lance or Darkened Holy Flag which is an EX Rank Noble Phantasm. Thus, I have decided to train her in how to use them both and Ygdrassil Magic, and U have started with training her in how to use a sword masterfully.
The thing is that my sword style isn't suited for her at all which mainly focuses on defenses, thus I have decided to let her develop her battle style and before that comes basics which she has to master well, and thus I have ordered her to swing her sword hundred thousand times, something I did as well before learning this sword style.
I wanted her to learn how to use the power of the sword at its maximum, every strike should be powerful in its own right whether defensive or offensive, but the Sword User should be able to bring its full power. Thus, I am training her and reprimanding her mistakes, the fact that we don't need to eat, sleep or even rest in the Throne of Heroes is something I am taking full advantage of.
"Ahhhh!", she shouted as she swung her sword again, then she started swinging several times per second aiming at the sea creating slashes in the water hollowing the sea at the point of attack. I came beside her and grabbed her hand, she stopped and looked with nervousness towards me," You are still unable to bring the full potential of it, some power in your attacks is still getting wasted ", I said.
" I... I see, I am sorry to disappoint you", she said, I summoned my sword in front of her and taking my stance swung it from upwards to downwards creating a division in the water deep up to several meters which stretched tens of meters long, I glanced at her and said," See it? It was just a casual move of mine, no special technique, no ability, nothing, but again had the power of E+ Ranked Noble Phantasm"..
She looked at me impressed and nodded, I smiled and ruffled her hair and said," Don't worry, you can do it in due time as well, keep practicing till you can do it", she nodded with a blush on her place and replied," Yes!", after that giving her some suggestions I left going two miles away to train.
I crackled my fists looking at the vast expanse of the sea which has increased from 10 square Km to 12.56 square Km after Jalter joined my Divine Throne, I have plans to make this a perfect Divine Realm, and for that, I will need a lot of Merit points, another reason I left Ritsuka alive as a Protagonist he creates more variables and increases the gain of my Merit points by 25.6783%.
Anyway, I should begin now, and this time I am gonna Master Silent Casting and learn Triple Maximum Enhancement, let's start with Silent Casting. It is Spell Mechanization that nullifies the need to cast a spell verbally, just thinking about it, and if you have a lot of experience then simply willing it is enough.
In Ygdrassil, all players learn this enhancement at the beginning after which they never need to learn it again, it works for spells of all the tiers and the only reason they chant the spell names is for courtesy and having some chunni fun. It is because of having advantages of being a virtual player which I don't have that I need to master the spell mechanizations.
Unlike them, I need to learn the Spell Mechanizations and master them to use them efficiently for every tier spell, firstly comes Boost Magic enhancement that I have mastered which as its name suggests boosts any spell. Then comes Maximized Enhancement which for using a huge amount of Mana brings the power and capability of a spell to its full potential.
While I can use both of them for every tier spell unfortunately the less mastery I have in them, the more the Mana it consumes for any spell. My current Mastery would be more than a mere 10% in Maximized Magic and 56% in Boost Magic. Next comes Multicasting which I have mastered completely, it has low cost, high efficiency, and works for every tiered spell.
Lastly, comes my Silent Casting which I am mainly focusing on, I am going to start training and master it till the 7th Tier then improve my mastery in Boost Magic Enhancement and Maximized Magic Enxhacement to the fullest. I take a deep breath and aiming my hand at the sea I try condensing a fifth Tier spell without casting remembering the feeling I got when I chanted it.
Sparks of Lightning starts condensing at the tip of my hand but then it vanishes as the casting fails, unfazed I continued my training, time passed slowly and after twenty hours I successfully Manage to condense a Lightning Dragon and then attack the sea creating a huge splash of water.
Satisfied I started doing the same with other 5th Tier spells and this time it took less time before I silent cast another one and time got shorter with every spell until I could cast it instantly, three days passed meanwhile, I didn't celebrate my success and continued with training.
A week passed without me taking rest for even a bit, but my hard work paid off as I had learned to silently cast the spells up to 7th Tier, I decided to take a break finally and check on Jalter's progress, I teleported near her, and saw her swinging her sword several times per second gracefully. I looked amazed at her performance as I could see she have done it, she have brought the full power of her swings.
"My Lord!", she said surprised and stopped training, I clapped my hands and praised her," Wonderful Jalter! You have learned how to bring out the full power of every swing", she blushed hearing that and replied," I... I am not worthy of your praise lord, compared to you who learned it from zero in one week, unlike me who took a lot of time despite have a good master over it ".
