Chapter 13: All Heaven and Earth Luck
In the sky above the Fallen Immortal Land.
The night sky was glittered with countless sparkling stars but at the center stage were the three moons in the sky.
The three massive moons of the fallen immortal world are one of the most revered celestial objects in this world.
Even at this moment there were many mortals and immortals who were looking at the three moons and praying. Some prayed for better health, some prayed for their wishes and some just appreciated this beautiful scenery.
One of the people appreciating the night sky was Shang Di.
Shang Di was sitting at the pavilion besides his own residence.
The pavilion was massive and was something straight out of fairy tale book. With massive marble columns, engravings of jade and spiritual stones, beautiful paintings with lavish furniture.
Right besides the pavilion there was a massive courtyard with a pond. The pond had lotus flowers and golden koi. The courtyard also had a lot of flowers of various colors and trees.
Shang Di took a sip of the tea as gazed at the night sky.
"Have you heard of the tale of Moon Immortal?" Su Han who was sitting right across Shang Di asked as he caught his gaze.
Shang Di shook his head.
"Long ago there lived three immortals in the night sky. They were called the three moon princesses. Wherever they travelled in the night they would cast their light and dispel the dark and evil. Not only that they would lend their power to mortals and help them fight their demons."
"Is there any truth in this tale?" Shang Di asked with a curious face.
"There actually is. The three moon immortals were indeed real. Back in the ancient fairy world these three fairies used to rule a sect called the moon sect. The moon sect is still around though only a shadow of its original self." Su Han replied like an old sage.
"Old Sect Master, then what happened to all the three moon fairies? Where are they now?" Shang Di asked as he got more curious.
"Well, let me tell you the rest of the legend - one day the night demon decided to finally deal with the three moon immortals. Since the night demon couldn't deal with them in person he sent his avatar. The avatar was called the moon devil. The moon devil looked just like the moon fairies but it radiated a blood thirsty red spiritual aura. This spiritual aura was like a poison to every mortal, corrupting their mind and slowly making them blood thirsty monster."
Shang Di's face had a shocked expression as his gaze shifted towards a small red object right besides the three moons in the night sky.
Before he didn't really pay much attention to the red object as he thought it was just a red star but he didn't know that this star actually had such a big origin.
He pointed his finger towards the red star and was about to ask if this is the same demon that Su Han was talking about.
Understanding what he was gonna say Su Han nodded and indeed confirmed it.
"The three moon fairies couldn't witness such evil they decided to take action against the evil moon. But alas the evil moon was way stronger and after a fierce fight they managed to seal that evil demon for an eternity. Though the price was massive and they had massive serious injuries. Afraid that they won't be able to live long the three moon fairies casted one last immortal killer move - Light the darkness and guide the future generations for an eternity!
The immortal killer move worked and created these three moons."
Shang Di was shocked. The three moon fairies battled against the night demon's avatar and barely won it!
There beings that even immortal beings can't beat. And that evil moon was but an avatar!
Shang Di frowned a bit.
"Moon fairies, evil moon and the night demon? Are they all immortal emperor realm ? Or are they lower level immortals?" Shang Di thought about this in his mind.
"Shang'er. Even today the three moon immortals are one of the most revered deities. After all it was but the sacrifice of the three fairies that paved the way for the future generations!"
Shang Di nodded and said "it is indeed the selfless sacrifice of the seniors that allowed this junior to be here.
But old sect master, I do have a few questions. Why couldn't the night demon itself invade? And what would happened if that demon tries to do it again?"
Shang Di asked with seriousness after all if that demon can actually invade again then oh boy all hell will break loose.
Su Han smiled and said "Our generation doesn't need to worry about the night demon. And the reason for that is the Great Wisdom Path Immortal King - Celestial Sage Sovereign."
Shang Di's heart shook as he heard what Su Han said and he was about to ask more when Su Han said, " I know you are curious but we should continue this later on. It is already too late and you have a class to attend tomorrow."
Su Han smiled as he got up. Shang Di nodded.
"Do you any question regarding what we discussed before the three moon fairies legend?" Su Han as he drank the remaining tea from his cup.
"No."
"Alright. Remember Shang'er after classes you need to visit ancestral land. I will come pick you up and we can go together." Su Han said.
"This junior understands." Shang Di said with a nod and right after that Su Han disappeared.
Shang Di sighed as he looked up at the three moons and the red star. He frowned and said to himself "power to create moons that can last for eternity, the evil moon that can make mortals loose their mind, the craftiness and might of night demon and the Great Immortal Emperor - Celestial Sage Soveriegn!"
He brought up the log screen of the system and looked at the last the reward drawn from him - Immortal Emperor Talent.
He smiled.
At the same time. High up in the night sky another person who was looking at the moon right now was Emperor TanYi.
Emperor TanYi right now was standing at the terrace of the grand floating Sky Luck Palace.
Floating Sky Luck Palace is a mysterious luck path spiritual fortress. In this world other than the formations, arrays, there also exist spiritual fortress.
Spiritual Fortress are basically forts built from spiritual energy, spiritual materials and even sometimes immortal materials.

"TanYi, Master Lin has accepted our invitation." At this time a female cultivator came to the terrace. She had long blond hair and a pale skin. Her cultivation was extraordinary and her name was Empress Xin.
"Thanks, junior sister for reaching out to the Master Lin." Emperor TanYi replied.
