Chapter 2: Fynn
When Father took me to the fighting arena, I fought hard against a big ass tiger that refused to back down. He slashed with his claws, catching me in the face.
I roared from the pain, then flew into the sky just in time to miss the next blow. I jumped on his back, digging in my claws as I clamped my jaws around his neck, tasting blood as my teeth pierced his flesh.
The tiger growled in pain as he rolled onto his back, knocking me off. The tiger pinned me down while I was on the floor, then went for my neck; I rolled just in time to miss his teeth.
When I saw the open door in the back of the room, I didn't even hesitate as I ran towards the door, slashing at anyone who came close. The tiger hurried after me as I ran through the hallway and up the stairs. I changed as I saw the door; I took a bullet to the back as I pushed the door open.
I didn't stop as I ran through the trees. Ben, the tiger, was close behind me, changing into his skin form as he ran. He was smart enough to take the opportunity just as I was; Ben and I ran and ran through those trees.
My bare feet were torn and bloody, and my body was covered in scratches from scraping against bushes.
A few hours later, after nonstop running, Ben and I found an old hunting cabin. We found some clothes in the cabin, and Ben was able to hotwire an old truck we found, then we were off again.
I cursed myself for not stopping for Farah, but once I came up with a plan, I was coming back for my sister. But for now, we are gonna go as far as we can.
Five years passed by quickly, I missed my sister so much, and now I was making my way back to save her, but when I got to the compound, I found the place empty. Full of nothing but dead bodies.
I was able to pick up Farah's scent, but I lost the trail at the front of the building, where she probably got into a car.
I growled in frustration. Farah was just here a few days ago and now she is gone.
I turned and growled when I scented someone behind me. I bared my teeth at Ben, then turned and followed the tire tracks in the dirt. I won't stop until I find my sister.
