Luke decided to visit the Sandalwood Estate to take a look at the grandest villa there. Although the estate was not widely known, it was in fact one of the best in the country, with only a select few ultra-wealthy individuals able to reside there. Each villa within the Sandalwood Estate was lavishly decorated and priced over 50 million in his previous dimension, which piqued Luke's interest.
He spent 0.005 dollars, or 5 microdollars, for a taxi ride to the estate. Upon arrival, he spotted a saleswoman dressed in designer Guci clothing. He approached her with a smile and said, "Hello, I'd like to have a look around."
The saleswoman eyed Luke's casual attire and his young age of just over 20. She couldn't help but feel disdain, thinking, "How could this young student possibly afford such a luxurious home, reserved for the ultra-wealthy?" Nevertheless, she maintained a polite demeanour and guided Luke around the estate.
As they entered the Sandalwood Estate, Luke's eyes lit up. The architecture was elegant, with magnificent villas shining brightly. Beautiful flowers adorned the gardens, and the crystal-clear water in the swimming pools glistened in the sunlight, creating an atmosphere of ultimate comfort.
Luke saw the largest villa, an exquisite structure with noble and elegant architectural features. The white marble walls gleamed with a cool lustre, while lush greenery and flowers surrounded the property, enhancing its beauty.
At the sales office, Luke said to the saleswoman, "I'd like to see the largest villa."
The saleswoman glanced at Luke and his clothing again, thinking, "This customer doesn't seem very wealthy. Perhaps he's a wealthy heir."
As Luke explored the villa, he couldn't help but think, "Finally, as the richest man in the world, I can fully enjoy the life of the wealthy."
Upon entering the villa, Luke was immediately impressed by the luxurious interior. The living room ceiling was adorned with numerous light bulbs, casting a golden glow. The marble fireplace added a touch of elegance. The décor was European in style, featuring heavy drapes, and a thick carpet underfoot, approximately five centimetres deep. These decorative details made the living room exceptionally opulent.
The bedroom was equally astonishing, designed in a classic European style. The bed was white, with pink silk sheets, and the canopy above crafted from genuine leather, exuding a sense of nobility. Every corner of the room displayed uniquely styled ornaments, inviting admiration. Each room in the villa was meticulously decorated, with famous paintings on the walls, a plethora of ornaments, and exquisite carvings and décor found throughout. Every room offered Luke a taste of high-quality living and luxury.
Next, Luke entered the bathroom, which was a vision of opulence. The entire space was made of marble, with crystal-clear glass adorning the walls. The bathtub was crafted from imported pearl-white porcelain, and the showerhead was made of brass. The bathroom also featured a massage pool with water flowing like gentle hands, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
To Luke's surprise, he discovered a private cinema room within the villa! The room was fully automated, featuring high-end equipment such as the latest 4K television, high-fidelity speakers, and a projector. The seats were comfortable theatre-style chairs, providing the utmost relaxation. A large oil painting depicting a magnificent castle adorned the wall, giving the room a touch of aristocratic charm.
The villa also boasted a massive swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and leisure furniture for basking in the sun. The crystal-clear water had a seabed adorned with coral and shells, creating the illusion of being in the ocean. An elegant fountain nearby produced a beautiful mist, evoking a sense of serene elegance.
Luke then discovered an extraordinarily luxurious kitchen within the villa. The appliances and fittings were all top-of-the-line brands from around the world. From the cabinetry to the kitchenware to the dining table set, everything had been customised for the villa, with every detail exuding opulence. The kitchen even featured a bar area, stocked with an array of fine wines and beverages for the residents to enjoy at their leisure.
After a short while, Luke ascended the staircase to the rooftop. The top floor of the villa housed an astronomical observatory, equipped with state-of-the-art telescopes and high-definition cameras, allowing the owner to indulge in stargazing and planetary observation. Luke marvelled at the villa owner's refined taste and exquisite attention to detail, as such an observatory was a rare luxury that only a select few could possess.
To his utter amazement, Luke stumbled upon a truly exceptional room. The walls were adorned with the most expensive artworks from around the world, each piece worth millions, and some even billions. These masterpieces were not only decorative but also symbolic of the owner's elite status. Luke couldn't help but exclaim, "The wealthy can truly indulge in life's pleasures as they please!"
Each room in the villa was infused with the charm of an opulent lifestyle and an aristocratic ambiance. Luke experienced unparalleled luxury and indulgence, feeling as though he had become the wealthiest person in the world.
After the tour, Luke promptly produced his bank card in front of the saleswoman.
"How much is this villa?" Luke asked, slightly puzzled.
"50,000 dollars. Are you interested?" The saleswoman responded impatiently, convinced that Luke couldn't afford such a substantial sum.
Without hesitation, Luke swiped his bank card on the POS terminal, and a voice message on his phone soon confirmed: "You have paid 50,000 dollars."
The saleswoman broke out in a cold sweat, beads the size of soybeans dripping to the floor. She quickly assumed a fawning expression and said:
"Esteemed sir! Please sign the purchase contract now, thank you!"
Luke readily signed the contract, which took merely a few seconds.
Upon returning home, Luke was elated and satisfied with his decision. As he sat on the sofa, reminiscing about his delightful experience at the villa, he realised that his wealth had opened up a world of endless possibilities for him.
It's the first time for Luke to spending just such $50000 to buy a such luxury large villa!
