A few minutes ago, Minato, who was following Kagutsuchi's orders and searching for anything abnormal in the direction of the Rain Country, was resting on a tree to recover his chakra. He had used a lot of chakra by continuously employing the 'Flying Thunder God Technique.' Just as Minato was about to leave to resume his search, he heard a big commotion and saw a huge mountain crumble before his eyes. Atop that mountain, there were two people.
Minato decided to investigate this occurrence because destroying that mountain was no ordinary feat. When he reached the site, he was shocked to find Madara present. The way Madara was decimated within seconds astonished him. It wasn't that Madara was weak; the technique used by Madara was very powerful. However, it didn't even faze the man fighting against him. The words spoken by them were quite confusing for Minato.

"Not good, I was discovered," said Minato, immediately using the 'Flying Thunder God' technique to escape. He knew he couldn't survive an attack from these people.
And he was correct; just as he left, a lightning arrow struck the exact same spot, causing a massive explosion that nearly vaporized the area.
"Should I follow him?" asked Yoshishiki.
"No, let him inform the person he intends to inform. It will save us the trouble of searching for that person. He's the one who possesses all the tailed beasts, and we need those tailed beasts to revive Kaguya," said Hanashiki.

Within seconds, Minato found himself over 500 km away from his last location. Kushina, who had been searching in close proximity, approached Minato and asked, "What happened? Why are you running?"
"Yes, I might have found the individuals whom Kagutsuchi-Sama wanted us to locate," replied Minato.
"What?" exclaimed Kushina. "Where are they? We need to gather information about them."
"No, even though you possess great power, they operate on a completely different level. Kagutsuchi-Sama was correct; they are at least as formidable as he is," explained Minato.
Kushina nodded and said, "We should inform Grandpa about this. I'll share my chakra with you." She transferred chakra to Minato so that he could utilize the Flying Thunder God Technique.
In less than 10 seconds, they stood in front of Kagutsuchi's house. "Grandpa, we've brought news as you requested."
"Please come in," Kagutsuchi's voice emanated from within.
Minato and Kushina entered Kagutsuchi's house. "Tell me about your discoveries," Kagutsuchi requested.
"I was investigating in the Rain Country as per your orders. I heard movement and went to investigate. There were two people attacking Madara. They easily defeated Madara, and they discussed punishing someone named Kaguya. They identified themselves as members of the Otsutsuki Clan. As they spotted me, I had to escape," Minato recounted.
Kagutsuchi shook his head and explained, "It's as I anticipated. You didn't really escape; they allowed you to flee. They can travel faster than light; all they need to do is predict your location, and you'll be gone in an instant."
"Grandpa, you're familiar with them?" Kushina inquired.
"Yes, I'll provide you with a brief overview of the Otsutsuki's story. Around 1000 years ago, a woman named Kaguya Otsutsuki consumed the Chakra Fruit, becoming the first individual in this world to possess chakra. She gave birth to two children, Hagoromo Otsutsuki and Homura Otsutsuki. Hagoromo had two sons, Indra and Asura. The Uchiha Clan descended from Indra, while from Asura emerged two families, the Senju and the Uzumaki. In essence, our abilities are significantly toned-down versions of what the Otsutsuki are capable of, and Kaguya was not even a powerful member of Otsutsuki Clan." Kagutsuchi elaborated.
"They possess this level of power?" exclaimed Kushina in shock.
"This situation is not a mere concern. If only that were the case, I wouldn't be worried about losing. The primary reason for my concern is their ability to employ something called Shinjutsu. These are abilities that are entirely unpredictable. For instance, some Shinjutsu can reflect the very attacks directed at the user, while another type, Shinjutsu of Omnipotence, allows someone to grant any wish," explained Kagutsuchi.
Kushina had been experiencing increasingly shocking revelations since the morning.
"Send out orders to every village and country. Instruct them to evacuate the population from an area as large as the Fire Country. Take the location where I will be engaging the two Otsutsuki as the center, and if possible, expand even further. If the civilians don't retreat as quickly as possible, they won't stand a chance of survival; they'll perish," declared Kagutsuchi.
"Will the area of effect truly be that extensive?" questioned Kushina.
"Yes, in this battle, I will unleash a level of fire that surpasses anything before. Its power will encompass an area as vast as the Fire Country, evaporating water within and thinning the air, making survival impossible for civilians," Kagutsuchi clarified.
"Perhaps this battle will be my final one. I entrust the care of the Uzumaki Clan to you. Don't worry, the tailed beasts will be sealed with safeguards. If they dare to break those seals, their demise is certain," Kagutsuchi reassured.
"Grandpa, let me accompany you. I have considerable power," Kushina pleaded with a concerned expression.
"No, you'll understand why I must forbid it. Remain here; you'll serve as my last line of defense in case they resort to underhanded tactics by taking hostages," Kagutsuchi commanded.
With that, Kagutsuchi's entire body became enveloped in flames, and he soared away. His departure was witnessed by many, and within moments, his speed approached that of light, leaving behind only a luminous trail.
