Chapter 165: A Flaming Finisher

My barrage of attacks had pushed Zagor to the side of the castle that led to the jungle, and after destroying the gate with his body, I kept attacking him and making him go further away from the area, not wanting to keep destroying the building.

Zagor was getting frustrated as every time he tried healing, I bombarded him with flame attacks.

At one point, his body was full of burnt marks and bruises, but his energy stopped healing him, making me believe that he was running out of demonic power.

I rushed at him one more time and noticed that all of his demonic energy had been fully absorbed, making me flinch as I got close to him with my charged fist that was promptly stopped by an incredibly powerful aura that felt like a wall.

The demonic energy felt like it was punching me in the gut and pushed me back a few meters away as Zagor's body grew even larger. I'm talking about a growth of eight or nine meters.
