Chapter 33: Evolve Mana Manipulation Skill
"I'm sorry because I don't have any training program for you; it's because I'm incompetent. As a teacher, it's my mistake, which is why I'm sorry," says the teacher.
I shake my head, "No, teacher, you don't need to say sorry to me."
I'm a bit disappointed that I don't get the training program, but I don't want the teacher to think of himself as incompetent because of this.

"This?" I look at the book and then at the teacher. He smiles and says,
"Well, I met a person with a Mana Manipulation Skill. If that person is still alive, then he might be as strong as me. He left behind this book about his skill to me. If you have Mana Manipulation Skill, then read this book. If there's anything you don't know, then ask me, understand?" The teacher smiles and says.
"I understand," No, I don't. Where the hell did this other Mana Manipulation guy come from? In the whole novel, it says that no one can learn Mana Manipulation fully other than some ancient people. So where the heck does this guy come from?
I think this world might not be exactly the same as the novel I read... No, the novel I read is from Elmer and the other main characters' point of view. So it means the information that there is no person who can learn Mana Manipulation Skill is just false information that Elmer and his friend get.
If that's the case, then how much false information do they get?

After that, the teacher leaves us students to ponder our training program. He is in the classroom if someone has some doubts or questions; he or she can go to him to ask for answers, and many people and Elmer go to the teacher for answers, but I'm the only one who doesn't go to the teacher.

I look at her ear and then move my hand there. Grabbing her ear, I rub my fingers for a short while, which makes Yumi's face redder. Even her ears become red. I take back my hand when I am done with my work.
I'd like to touch more but not like this. I know one day will come when I can touch her any body part I want as long as I want. I just have to be patient.
"Okay, now go out of class for two minutes," I say to her. Yumi's face and ears are still red, and she doesn't understand, but she nods her head and walks out of class.
I rub my ear with my finger, and then I say, "Yumi, can you hear me?"
"Huh? Devin, it's you; how? How can I hear you?"
I can hear Yumi's voice in my left ear, and I smile. This experiment is successful.
"Yumi, come back to class, and thank you very much."
"You're welcome... but... can you tell me how y-you did it?"
"Yeah, come back, and I'll tell you," I say to her.
When she is back in class and walks beside me, her eyes sparkle with curiosity.
"Well... it's simple. I have a skill, which lets me make a thread made of mana. I attach one side of the thread to your ear and the other to me. I also add sound properties in the mana, so it receives sound from me, and by the thread, the sound transfers to your ears. It's the same case for your voice, and the environment is filled with mana, so this thread of mana never disappears."
"Wait a minute, do-does it mean the one in your ear and one in my ear will never disappear and we can hear each other forever?" Yumi, with a red face, asks.
"Yes, but I cut the thread that was between us."
As I say this, Yumi sighs in relief.
"Did you understand that this technique is still imperfect?"
"Yes, I understand that this technique sends whatever sound that reaches your ears to me. I hear the sound of your breathing, and if you're talking with someone then I will also hear that, so it's not perfect yet... right?"
"Right, it's not perfect but well it won't take much time before I will perfect it," I say to her.
"I believe you; all the best," she smiles at me and says that she's going back to her training.
