Chapter 12: Little Changes
Little Cherry laid on the bed then turned to the other side which faced the window.
As she stared at the sky she could not help but smile in admiration.
"The sky looks so beautiful at night...", Little Cherry took in a deep breath.
She admired the stars and how they lightened up the dark sky.
Immediately a white light flashed in the sky, it looked like fireworks.
"Weird... did brother do the fireworks?", Little Cherry looked confused, she wondered who had done the fireworks.
At the same moment far away in the forest...an old man with white long hair had also seen the light and his eyes widened, he immediately held his stick steadily and started walking faster.
"She lives! The Dragon princess lives!", Old Merlin was full of smiles, his old wrinkles making him look a bit weird.
He reached an old cottage, entered and immediately stomped his foot hardly.
As if by magic he immediately appeared in front of a large black castle.
He rushed inside and met a middle aged man with a crown on his head.
"Your Highness... you summoned me?", Old Merlin bowed slightly and spoke without lifting his head.
"How's it? Is she alive? Is the dragon princess alive?", The vampire king asked worriedly, fear evident on his face.
"The dragon princess?...she...she's not alive anymore! I saw it myself! She drowned in that sea a long time ago!", Old Merlin's eyes flashed slightly as he spoke, hiding his real emotions.
"How do I know you're not telling lies?", The king asked, he doubted old Merlin.
"I dare not lie, vampire king!", Old Merlin knelt immediately to show his loyalty.
"But I heard she was to be the most powerful creature to have ever lived? How was it so easy for her to die?", The vampire king asked.
"Her powers had not manifested yet when she was a baby, at that time she was a mere human"
The king thanked old Merlin and excused him out.
"Thank goodness she's dead, she would have been a threat to us!", The vampire king's lips curled up slightly, he was in a happy mood.
Vampires and dragons had been worst enemies for ages and the vampires had been scared when they heard the rumors about the powerful dragon that would be born.
If the dragon princess was dead then it was a very good thing, vampires and werewolves were even considered to be a bit close compared to vampires and dragons.
The reason for being enemies? Not many knew but the very very old vampires and dragons knew about it, even some other creatures knew about it.

Du Chi took the glass and drank it elegantly, she looked exactly the way she looked some few years ago.
Fe Dui had not returned home yet and she was waiting for him.
A little girl approached her slowly.
"Fe Jiu do you need something?", Du Chi asked softly.
"Mom...I'm hungry!", Fe Jiu said, her eyes glowing black.
Du Chi transformed into a dragon immediately and flew away, in about thirty minutes she returned with a bloody human body.
"Here...feast on it all!", Du Chi placed the meal in front of her daughter.
Fe Jiu transformed into a little black dragon and ate the human body wildly.
Fe Jiu's mouth was soared with blood after she finished feasting on the human body.
"Go take a bath now, your grandfather should not know we feasted on humans!", Du Chi pushed her daughter into the bathroom.
Actually there were some humans who knew about this creatures that existed, this people were very powerful people.
This happened because this creatures wanted to gain power not only in their world but also in the human world, they were everywhere but most humans did not know that they existed.
The humans and this creatures had made a bond never to kill each other.
This was why Du Chi did not want her father in law who was the king of dragons to find out about what they had done.

Little Cherry wanted to sleep but she just couldn't sleep, she didn't know why.
As the clock struck midnight she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her wounds.
"Ouch...", Little Cherry was in so much pain but she didn't want to wake her family up so she could only bite her lips trying to endure the pain.
She unbandaged her wound and what she saw almost made her eyes pop out of shock.
Her wound had suddenly opened and the blood was flowing out but that was not the shocking thing!
The shocking thing was that her blood colour was no longer red now but blue!
Her blood had actually turned blue! A whole deep BLUE!
'No...no this isn't happening to me, I'm definitely dreaming!'
Little Cherry closed her eyes and pinched her waist hardly.
She opened her eyes and peeped at the blood, it was still blue!!!
"This...this what the hell is happening to me?!", Little Cherry covered her mouth immediately, she almost screamed just now.
"Something's definitely wrong! I... maybe I had an infection! Yes, an infection it is!", Little Cherry held her face in her palms and tried to calm down by breathing in and out.
"I'll just go to sleep calmly! Maybe by tomorrow everything will definitely go back to normal!", Little Cherry assured herself and climbed back on the bed, shutting her eyes tightly and tried to fall asleep.
It was only when it was almost morning that she managed to sleep, unfortunately she did not notice the white strands of hair glowing.
Next morning...
Little Cherry woke up with dark circles, she miserably walked to the bathroom and took a bath.
Su Fui was happily eating breakfast but the moment he saw Little Cherry walking down he almost puked out his favourite dumplings.
"Little Cherry...why do you suddenly look like a monster?", Su Fui laughed softly.
"You look hundred times like a monster!", Little Cherry pouted sat down.
"Little Cherry...why couldn't you sleep yesterday? I bet everyone in school will faint the moment they lay eyes on you!", Su Fui teased.
Little Cherry was displeased, her brother used to dote so much on her when they were little but recently he started picking up and teasing her.
"Su Fui! Why are you putting Little Cherry in a bad mood so early in the morning?", Ming Xi's face showed displeasure.
"What? I'm just being honest!"
Little Cherry ignored him and continued eating her food.
Little Cherry was in a bad mood, she wasn't watching where she was going and heavily bumped into someone.
"Ouch! Sorry I...it's you?", Little Cherry's mood lightened up the moment she recognized him.
