Chapter 8: 8) Beast evolution

Before I went to mana training I thought that when I saw the black clover anime I remember seeing Kirsch, mimosa and Leopold Vermillion as kids but I don't remember even hearing of Luna or Eliana Vermillion. Maybe they died before they turned 15 in some accident I thought I was just overthinking and left for mana training. Alright, let's go back to where we were, the wind wolf pounces on Luna. At that time all I could do is push her away and I almost lost my arms. That was scary, guess I was right so Luna and Eliana would have died before 15 if I didn't interfere. Miss Theresa opened her grimoire for the first time and summoned 2 cheetahs made out of flame and attacked the wolf. While doing that she tells us to run saying that the wolf evolved into an intermediate-rank wind wolf which can use wind rush a wind-based skill used by intermediate-rank wind wolves. Luna and Eliana were still scared after nearly dying and couldn't move Kirsch ran away before Miss Theresa said anything, Mimosa was standing behind us scared to run and Leopold was standing next to her filled with curiosity that who will win this fight. The wolf was all bloodied and the cheetahs were feeding on it. Since the cheetahs were made of fire their bite caused a burn status effect on the wolf. A status effect is when damage is inflicted on someone indirectly like a burn, poison, paralysis, frozen etc., the wolf was burning from the inside due to the burn effect inflicted by the cheetahs. The bloodied wolf used a wind rush one last time and tried to pounce on Eliana. I couldn't do anything this time as I was only standing next to Luna who was standing in between me and Eliana but Luna found her courage and tried using her magic. A slash that looked like a crescent moon cut the bloodied wind wolf in half. Everyone was shocked and looked at Luna who closed her eyes in fear when she tried when she opened her eyes she got shy knowing everyone is looking at her except Kirsch of course cause he ran away. She saw the wolf cut in half and panicked at first. The reason even Miss Theresa was shocked was that even if it was half dead and covered in blood a body of an intermediate-rank wind wolf is still as durable as a wall made of iron and Luna cut it during her first attempt at using magic. Miss Theresa praised Luna for killing the wolf and asked how she did it and she replied "I..I..I.I don't know myself I just thought I can use magic like during the mana training and I closed my eyes out of fear and when I opened my eyes the wolf was cut in half. " Miss Theresa called her a genius and praised her. The next day Miss Theresa announced that she is retiring. She became a teacher because she thought the ones who died on the battlefield are the kids who have never seen danger and lived a happy life so she became a teacher to train kids so they don't die she wanted to take responsibility for what happened. If Luna and Eliana died this would be the reason she would have retired. But she still retires Eliana asks her "What happened to the mana beast and what are you going to do from now? " Miss Theresa replied that the wind wolf went through an evolution and evolved into an intermediate-rank wind wolf this phenomenon is called beast evolution and it unlocked the wind rush skill to instantly break out of the cage and attack Luna and I am planning to become a nun and help some kids in the orphanage.
