School was over, finally! Mekhi went to her brand new apartment. It was amazingly big, with amazing smells that filled her nostrils. White walls, fresh bathroom floor tiles, and beautiful details! She would be sharing it with someone. She wondered who, hopefully it wasn't Laon Tenezuka! But when she saw who she was sharing it with, her jaw dropped. It was Unei Anazo, the beautifully dreamy and pretty girl who stood up for Mekhi when Laon bullied her! "Um..hello?" Mekhi said shyly. "Oh, hi! Your name is Mekhi, it's a really pretty name. It means almighty." Unei said affectionately, and she guided Mekhi through each room. "Thanks for guiding me," Mekhi thanked her when Unei finished. They both blushed! "See you tomorrow!" Unei yawned when it was night. "Yes..see you!" Mekhi and Unei went to sleep in the coldest, silent nighttime. ——————————— It was morning. The sunrise beamed past the shore, as if it were climbing up a sandy ladder. "Good morning!" Unei said when Mekhi woke up, "I made your breakfast!" Mekhi smiled a big smile and blushed. "Oh, um," She looked down and shuffled her feet showing happiness, "Thanks, Unei." Soon they arrived to school, and they held hands as if nobody cared. Boys were laughing out loud while some looked worried, and girls gossiped about things happening all around their school. But even though, Unei and Mekhi's hands held tight with each other, catching all the students eyes. They were pointing, especially Laon who was laughing and bragging about that 'he was so handsome and great' but he was a jerk! At recess, Laon stomped toward Unei and pushed her toward the rocky edges, and soon, Unei had blood on her hand, a medium cut. "LEAVE, HER, ALONE!" Mekhi yelled. "Oh, yeah?" Laon sneered, "What are YOU gonna do about it?!" Mekhi gave him a strong kick in the stomach, which sent him backward and he cut his head. He put his finger to touch it. Blood. "YOU WILL REGRET THIS!" He hissed and ran toward Mekhi, but Unei pulled him by the feet. Suddenly the bell rang, and the three students went home wounded.
