It's been over five minutes since Rachel and Mrs, Yang started having the conversation regarding Chloe's pregnancy, and the room was already heated up.

"How could you keep something like this from me? I mean, I am Chloe's mother. Did it never occur to you that I should know about something as important as this despite her feelings?"

Mrs. Yang shook her head and quickly said, "It's not like that. I didn't want to hurt my daughter-in-law's feelings."

"Mrs. Yang, you have repeatedly addressed my daughter as your daughter-in-law right in front of my face. Are you trying to prove that you love and care about her more than I do?"

"No… you are mistaken…"

"May I remind you that my daughter and your son are not married yet and as it is, you had no right to hide something like this from me, or the Wang family members," Rachel said angrily.
