Chapter 15: Leaving the Island

Note: Guys the chapter from here on forward will be longer and The North blue saga will begin from this chapter.

Erik slowly got out of The old and broken house, his Bloody katana and Gun in hand. He walked to his camp in the forest in the dark night as the moonlight revealed his figure.

His body was practically covered with Hanzo's blood, Erik's face had dried up bloods and several blood drip marks were present on his clothes. His katana was unsheathed and fresh blood dripped from its silver blade.

'I finally Did it, I fulfilled the promise I made to previous Erik, I finally brought his lost soul promise.' Erik thought as he moved through the shore line of the island, looking out to the sea with his red eyes shining in the moonlight.

He found the river his camp was located next to and started moving upstream. His camp soon came to sight, it's bonfire was unlit but there was enough light to properly see everything.

He first lighted the campfire, the light illuminated the surrounding as Erik took off his blood stained clothes and got some ash from the campfire, ash was a base chemical so it was good in removing stains from clothes and utensils. He rubbed the clothes with ash before leaving them out to dry.

He dove down in the river, cleaning his body of the blood of his Uncle, The river washed away his sons for a moment as he relaxed his mind, a relaxed mind is something he hasn't really gotten for over a week, the thirst for Hanzo's blood and his clinical madness prevented his mind from relaxing at all.

He washed his hair, which was red from the blood as it slowly regained its original blonde colour. Erik got off the river and went to his camp, putting on a new set of clothes he went to sleep.

'I will leave this island tomorrow, there is no need for me to stay here any longer.' He thought as he slowly drifted to sleep, Finally giving his soul time to relax after one and a half years.

The next morning Erik woke up and started packing up all the things he had collected over the past few years of being on this island. His sword and gun were his most precious items for him now that he had used them to enact his revenge. He picked up his sleeping bag he bought a few months back and all the remaining money he had left, Which was around 150 thousand Beri. He had about five Kilo's of dried fishes and Six Kilo's of boar and rabbit meat and the skin of the tiger he killed a week ago.

Erik walked away from the camp, fully intent on leaving the home that made him stronger and help him on his quest to revenge.

He glanced at his old home one last time before walking away, never to see it again.

He arrived on the port town of the island soon, going to the weapons store he went to buy his katana and Gun. He looked for the same dark alley way that he had walked through once before.

He soon found the alley and walked through it, a dimly lit shop caught his eye, the same shop that he went to buy his Wepons.

Upon entering, the 12 year old saw the same old man sleeping in the counter, oblivious to the costumer that has entered the shop.

'Is he always sleeping?' Erik sweat dropped. Tje sound of someone sniffing could be hear as in an instant, Kajiya got up from his nap. He came In front of Erik and looked at the boy with a smile.

"It's you, Erik" Kajiya said as he pattedthe boy's shoulder, He had a large smile on his face.

"Yeah, It's me. I am leaving the island so I am here to get some supplies." He said to the old man whose grin slowly started deforming to a frown.

"So, You are starting your adventure eh?" Kajiya asked the Blonde who nodded. Kajiya closely inspected the boy and noticed the sword and Gun he gave to the boy were still intact and in good condition. Kajiya is a blacksmith so he respects nothing more than someone who takes good care of their weapons. Kajiya also noticed that the boy's will had grown a lot over the past half a year, Kajiya expected the boy to be a prodigy when it comes to fighting but unlocking haki at such a young age, Well that's just absurd but his instincts and observations told him so.

"I will be bounty hunting small timers for a few months and increasing my strength till I can move to the grandline." Erik stated his plans to the old man, he knew Kajiya wasn't some blacksmith, his gaze and behaviour suggested that Kajiya was someone experienced with the dangers of this world.

"Your strength is plenty enough for this sea, I was once a pirate in the grandline, Good old days." Kajiya said as he brought a chair for Erik and sat on one himself.

"I guess, I have been training my ass off for the past Year and a half." Erik said, his clutched his fists, His strength had grown a lot over the past year and a half, going from a scrawny and weak kid to his current state.

"Haha, You have grown a lot. Even unlocking haki at such a young age." Kajiya said, Erik had his eyes widened a little at the comment. His biggest achievement over this time would be unlocking his haki, He had unlocked his Armament Four months back when he was in a life or death situation against a large gorilla in the jungle, he was out classed at first but his strength grew in the midst of the fight, his haki had unlocked at the moment.

"I guess, Enough chit chat old man. I need to buy some weapons." Erik said as he got up from the chair, Kajiya got up as well.

"What do you want to buy kid?" Kajiya asked the Blonde.

"Daggers, Give me two daggers." Erik asked the old man who went to the back of the shop to bring the daggers.

"I don't make much daggers but I have a set of dual daggers laying around in the back." Kajiya showed the daggers to Erik, Who looked at them amazed. They were amazing to say the least, one was white and the other was obsidian black in colour.

(p.s, They are here...)

"How much are they?" Erik asked as he held the daggers in his hands, they felt great to hold, they were balanced when it came to weight and their quality felt great.

"They are ō Wazamono, The White one is called Kumo (Cloud) and the Black one is called chikyu (Earth,), they are collectively called. TenToJi (Heavens and Earth), I don't have any need for them and no-one will buy them, take it as a farewell gift from me" Kajiya said as he gave the two swords to Erik, Erik happily took the daggers and started swinging them around.

"Do you like em?" Kajiya asked, Erik nodded to his question before pulling out the tiger skin he kept with himself.

"I had killed this tiger recently, I brought it's skin to see if you would need it for something." Erik said as he Gave the furred skin of the tiger he had cut in half.

"It's the skin of a very Rare tiger With thick skin, I am surprised how you managed to kill it." Kajiya said as he examined the skin, He kept the skin of his counter and examined it.

"This can be used in making armour, The skin is very hard and durable." Kajiya said as Erik nodded in response to his question.

After talking to the old man for a bit, Erik left the Shop after saying good byes to the old man.

"Knowing about haki at such a young age, This kid doesn't fail to amaze me once more." Kajiya said with a slight chuckle as he looked at the kid walking away from the shop, His new daggers strapped on his back.

Erik walked to the port, wearing a dark cloak, identity is an important thing in this world. It's better to preserve ones identity, the weapon policy in this world was very strict as well, cloaks hide swords and guns well. His food rations and important things were hung by his back in a bag while his weapons were hidden by the cloak.

Erik walked to a boat shop in the port where travellers could boy small boats or rent one.

"One medium sized Dinghy." Erik asked as he went to the counter of the shop, The man looked down, seeing the kid in a cloak.

"Renting or buying?" The man lazily asked.

"Buying." Erik said as he got out the money from the bag hung over in his back.

"Ten thousand beri." The Shopkeeper said, He wasn't paying attention and was lazily sleeping.

"Here you go." Erik said as he gave the money to he yman at the counter. The man on the counter handed him a number plate that he was supposed to give to the man in the shipyard.

"Thanks." Erik said as he took the number plate and gave it to the man int he ship yard.

"Here you go, Medium sized Dinghy." The man in the shipyard said as he pulled the dinghy out to the ocean, the man handed The cloaked kid a row, Erik thanked the man before sailing off to the ocean.

He took one last look at his home island before rowing out to the ocean.

He took out a map and compass from his bag as he looked at the pointer.

"Next stop... Spider miles..."
