Chapter 2: Chapter 2 - Forest Exploration

[A/N: Quick side note the MC is based off of Bakugo from MHA, such as his skill set but I'm changing up the personality]

~3rd POV~
It took a good half an hour for Bakugo to get over the fact he practically has super powers, but he only came out of his stupor due to his stomach letting him know it wants some food.
Bakugo deciding to feed his roaring stomach, begins to scavenge the area around himself hoping to find something suitable to eat.
Bakugo only manages to find a few Berry bush's that look fine enough to eat, which he does. Glancing that the sun, it's currently hanging directly over head telling Baku that it's around mid day.
"Need to find water and shelter" says Bakugo to himself.
Leaving the clearing Bakugo started off at, he starts his trek in the direction he believes to be Northish. All while keeping an eye out for anything interesting or potential dangers.
Wandering around the forest, Bakugo constantly takes note of his surroundings to make sure he knows his way back. While also staring on in awe at the different trees he comes across as they are vastly different the ones of his old world. The trees are of different sizes and breeds from what he could tell.
"What's that noise?" Bakugo mutters, straining his hearing. Bakugo listen to what seems to be a trickling noise.
Wanting to investigate, Bakugo heads in the direction of the constant stream of noise. It doesn't take too long for him to recognise the noise.
"Haha" Bakugo lets out a light laugh as he spots a steady stream of water. Coming to the river bed, Bakugo stares at the river which has crystal clear water.
Bakugo dips a finger into the river and tastes the water. "Hmm it's not salty"
*snap*
Bakugo snaps his head in the direction of the twig snapping. He sees a figure step out of the forest and towards the river.
"Fuck me" Bakugo whispers looking upon the creature in slight awe.
It's a gigantic grey wolf, easily twice the size of Bakugo. The wolf glances at Bakugo briefly causing him to tense up, before it huffs and ignores him.
Bakugo lets out a breath as the wolf takes a couple sips from the river before entering back into the forest.
"So I probably shouldn't stay here" Bakugo murmurs.
'I've always wanted a tree house' Bakugo thinks to himself as he leaves the river temporarily to find a place to call home.
He soon comes across a sizeable tree, that will do nicely as his new home for the time being.

In the next couple of days Bakugo, gets used to his devil fruit powers. Testing them out on tree and boulders. In one instance Bakugo actually managed to knock down an entire tree with one of his more powerful explosions.
Bakugo has also managed to put together a small tree house using branch's and parts of fallen trees. It's not much but it's home...for now.
But while testing out his powers and building his tree house, Bakugo couldn't help but notice a bunch of smoke on the other side of the forest/ island.
He just assume it was a forest fire at first, but as it kept appearing consistently throughout the days he's spent in the forest, Bakugo came to the belief that there's a village or town on the island that he should check out.
Which is what he's currently doing, as he's heading in the direction of the potential town. Bakugo finds the end of the forest before the village, which is a clear sign to him that the chances of there being a village close by is highly likely.
Stepping out of the forest for the first time min his new life, Bakugo keeps heading towards the smoke float throughout the air.
It's not long before he spots the start of a road and soon the outskirts of a town, with only a few buildings within his view currently Bakugo decides to scout and spy on the town before wondering helplessly into it.
Bakugo spends the coming days staying along the outskirts of the town, staying out of view but close enough to scout the entire outskirts of the town and memorising it along with its entrances and exits.
But during his days scouting out the town Bakugo noticed something weird and rather bizarre about the town.
That there's no young people, Bakugo couldn't see or find a single person below the age of 50.
