"We are calling in respect to the house you wanted."

"Yes. Finally, I was beginning to wonder."

"My apologies, Mr. Jayden. We took our time in getting the very best for you."

"Everything?"

"Yes sir, a house equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a well-detailed security plan and lots more."

"Nice." 

"I already forwarded the video of the place to you. I do not know if you've had the time to check."

"Unfortunately I haven't."

"No worries, sir. When will you have a chance to view the place for final checking, sir?"
