Chapter 19: Chapter - 18 The Ghost's Arson
Ben fuses with heat blast, and stand guard for the night, looking for the search unit's body heat.
He passes his time with manipulating fire in the environment without direct contact, making it act like a bait for the search unit to find him easily.
Cause he wanted to use his powers and get familiar with them and what's perfect then practicing on some small villages ninja.
After an hour, he discovers three heat signature's which looks like a human moving towards him.
He transforms into ghostfreak and passes through the crystals. And waits in the corner intangible and invisible, to give the ninja's the scare of their life.

Three chameleon masked ninja stops before the crystals and examines inside.
" We found the mother and daughter pair, but who did this, and what happened to the one guarding them, I would believe it's an ambush if we sensed someone's presence but nothing."
Knock knock " it's quite solid, I don't know if we can break it by normal ninjutsu, number 3 go and report it to the commander and ask him for his advice, we will search the area for clues."
Before number three can move he is possessed by ghost freak, and jumps on the tree branch, leaving the others after travelling a little distance he tools out a kunai and slits his throat, the body suddenly fall down,
And a ghostly entity leaves the body, moving towards the other two, after arriving he puts the second one in a genjutsu and then pushes his etheral hand inside the one giving orders, and crushes his heart, he dies with such pain, that his shrill scream makes the duo of mother and daughter awakened with frightened faces.
Ben then takes over the body of the one in the genjutsu and started reading his mind, while consuming his soul increasing his power a little and gaining knowledge of somethings about the village with some mid level ninjutsu.
The the dead shell of the alive ninja falls down, and a entity with purple eyes and body covered with white appears in front of the mother and daughter duo.
They scream with all their might, when the ghost enters through the crystal, their pitch increases and the ghost suddenly with a red light transforms back into Ben, making the Duo dumbstruck.
"Will you both please stop shouting, I have sensitive ears you know, it's not like you have seen a ghost or something."
Karen with fear in her eyes " Ben is that really you, you can also transform in a ghost."
The older woman with her hairs levitating somehow punches Ben straight on his head yelling " If it were you then should have said already, what's the meaning of scaring us."
" Ouch I'm sorry, i thought it would be fun, the first thing you woke up you see a ghost."
This time it's the little girl who hits him on his head " you idiot who will find that funny, you made me so scared."
" I'm sorry Karen I won't do it again is that better."
"Hmm, much better . By the way how did you kill these two ninja's."
" For the count it's three, the other one is inside the jungle, I simply ambushed them. It was quite easy."
' this kid is really something, killing three ninjas like it was nothing, no matter if it was in an ambush, he might really be able to save us from here.' " So what now Ben what are we going to do now."
" Well it's still late, so you both should sleep I'm going to take care of some business,
I will wake you up in the morning and then we will move towards Konoha, don't worry I won't let you guys treated unfairly there."
Saying that Ben again transforms into Ghost freak and starts floating towards the dead body of the ninja and takes control of his body, and starts hopping on the branches moving towards the village.
While traveling he felled many times from the branches and also injured the body many times because not being accustomed to taking over somebody's body, when he arrived at the village it looked like he barely came out alive from some ambush.
After arriving in the village, he moved straight towards the Anbu headquarters to report his findings.
In the secret Anbu area of kusagakure

A black figure with a chameleon mask can be seen on his knees in front someone in full black attire.
" So you founded the mother and daughter but were ambushed by four ninjas from sunagakure, you killed them but your incharge and number 3 where killed, and the duo were in some crystal covering which you couldn't penetrate."
"Yes sir, that crystal is really hard and with my body in this condition, i decided to report to you immediately about the mission."
The figure shows his back to the ninja, and mutters " they are behind a hard covering, and in your whole story you didn't even once mentioned about someone who used this in the ambush."
He suddenly throws the kunai on his belt on the figure,
"Drop " the body of the Anbu ninja fall with the kunai pierced on his head.
The commander moves towards him to examine the corpse, but then finds a hand through his heart, puking blood he looked behind, his eyes widened in horror and he drops dead.

Ben transforms back , and starts looking through the cabinets searching for some top jutsu, and he finds one A rank genjutsu behind the painting in a safe.
He fuses with heat blast and opens the safe, after retrieveing it he fuses with grey matter and instantly learns it , also deriving some minor genjutsu's in the process.
Later he burns the symbol of Konoha on the wall of the office, and leaves the area by transforming into Ghost freak and killing three more anbu's the same way like he killed the commander.
After wards he goes towards the weapon inventory and sets it on fire by taking over the the regulator and starts a chain of explosions with the explosion scroll found inside.
And quietly leaves the place, just anticipating the commotion of his deeds but not having enough time till daybreak he collects some breakfast and moved towards his hiding place, laughing along the way.
After his arrival he found that the dua are awake, he transforms back into Ben, enjoying his breakfast.
" Where did you go last night, Ben." Asks Karen with her mouth stuffed with bread.
" No where I was just playing with fire." And laughs after saying this.
The mother feels like Ben must have killed some more Kusagure's ninjas, ah only if she knew he had killed the Anbu commander left a symbol of Konoha in his office and became an arosnist by blowing up the weapon inventory of the village,
Making sure that their Kage won't have enough time to come after them.
After the breakfast Ben puts down the crystal covering and they start moving towards Konoha while Ben telling them the false story, they have to speak when asked by someone.
